The rate at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel is $165/night single or double occupancy. Atrium-view rooms are offered at $215/ night single or double occupancy. The above rates do not include 9.25% sales tax, 6% occupancy tax, and $2.50/night city tax, subject to change without notice. The above rates do not include an $18/night resort fee. This fee includes: • Wired and wireless high speed internet access in sleeping rooms • Wireless access in hotel public areas (excluding convention center) • Access to the Fitness Center • Two bottles of water in room per day • Scheduled complex shuttle service • Resort Savings Card • Local and Toll Free Phone Calls This rate may be available to attendees three days before and three days after the conference dates if you want to extend your stay. Reservations Check In/Out: Check-in time is 3:00 pm and Check-out time is 11:00 am. Guest arriving before check-in time will be accommodated as rooms become available. The Bell Captain can arrange to check your baggage until your room is ready if you arrive early. Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy requires sleeping rooms be cancelled no later than 72 hours prior to the day of arrival to avoid a cancellation penalty. Failure to give proper notification will result in the penalty of one night’s room, tax and resort fee. Ground Transportation Directions To/From Nashville International Airport • • • • • • • Travel south on Terminal Drive toward BNA Arriving Flights; After 0.7 mile, make a slight right followed by a slight left to stay on Terminal Drive; Travel 0.6 mile and take the ramp onto Interstate 40 West; Travel 1.2 miles to exit 215B and merge onto TN-155 North/Briley Parkway; Travel 4.3 miles to exit 11 for Opry Mills Drive; Continue straight ahead for 0.9 mile to Opryland Drive and turn right; Travel 0.4 mile and turn left to the hotel. Airport Shuttle The Gaylord Opryland has its own shuttle, which operates between 5:00am - 11:00pm, approximately every 30 minutes. Registration To attend at member rates, 2016 dues must be paid in full. The early registration deadline is Friday, May 6, 2016. Suggested Dress Recommended dress for the seminar (general sessions and workshops) is business casual (collared shirts and slacks for men; slacks and tops/casual dresses/skirts for ladies). Dress for the President’s Dinner on Tuesday night is semi-formal (men generally wear a jacket and tie; ladies wear cocktail-type dresses). Please note: It is difficult to regulate the temperature in hotel conference rooms so that it is comfortable for everyone. Please bring a jacket or sweater to seminar functions that can be worn when needed. Nashville Weather Average daytime highs for June are 86 degrees with average evening lows of 65 degrees. Tickets may be purchased in advance and are based on availability. They may not be available to purchase on-site.
