Selskabet blev den 3. februar 2015 udloddet til TOP'TOY Holding A/S og er pr. 30. juni 2015 et 100% ejet datterselskab af T0P-TOY Holdinq A/S. The company was established on 1 February 2015 by means of a non-cash contribution of a portfolio of oroperties from TOP-TOY Ejendomme A/S. On 3 February 2015, the company vvas distributed to TOPTOY Holdinq A/S and as of 30 June 2015, the company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of TOP-IOY Holding A/S. Samtlige ejendomme er sat til salg og det er ledelsens forventning at salg vil ske over de kommende er, hvorfor restverdien forventes at svare til vardien i forbindelse med stiftelse af selskabet.
