TERMS OF PAYMENT
All orders are shipped pre-paid. We accept
Visa, Master Card, Discover, PayPal or certified
business check. Please make checks payable
to Goochie Goo Garbs, LLC. All goods remain
property of Goochie Goo Garbs, LLC until
payment has been received in full.
Because we make every effort to fulfill orders
as quickly as possible, we cannot cancel or
change an order once it has been received by
our production department. Returns are only
accepted in the case of a product defect and
must be returned for an exchange within (5)
days of delivery date. Returned merchandise
must be from smoke free environment, unused,
unwashed, and in their original condition with
all tags attached. Buyer is responsible for all return/exchange shipping & handling charges.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Goochie Goo Garbs, LLC ships FOB Scottsdale
AZ via UPS ground or USPS priority mail.
Shipping rates are determined by product supply
weight, and delivery postal zip code. Some orders
are shipped in multiple parcels. Insurance
must be requested by the customer. We are not
responsible for lost or stolen goods.
If you would like insurance please let us know
when you place your order. Right now, we do
not offer shipping outside of the USA.
F.O.B. Point: Full risk of loss and title passes to
the customer upon delivery of the merchandise
to a carrier at the F.O.B. point, Scottsdale, AZ.
* For security purposes, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes
or APO/FPO addresses
Claims for loss or damage in shipment must
be made directly to the carrier. This means that
Goochie Goo Garbs, LLC responsibility is limited to and ends when the transfer of goods is
made to the freight carrier (e.g. UPS, Fed Ex, US
postal, etc.)
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders placed between Monday and Thursday
before 1 p.m. MST will be processed the next day. Orders placed on Friday will be processed on the
following Monday.
If your order is in stock it should be shipped within
(3-5) business days from the day of processing your
order. If your order is not in stock the item must
be made first. In this case, please allow up to (14)
business days prior to shipment. Should any GGG
fabric become back ordered, you will be notified
and given the ETA. Please contact us in regards to
Custom orders as processing times may vary.
We DO NOT ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.
