Robert Powell, an Industrial Safety Consultant Specialist with the Bureau of Workers' Compensation will be the guest speaker at the Wooster Area Safety Council meeting on Wednesday, August 27th at 11:45 AM at Memories Party & Conference Center. Robert will share how to develop a Safety & Health Program that includes more than just policies and procedures. Safety & health professionals should develop a safety culture that involves top senior management and employee involvement. There is nothing worth getting hurt over within our workplace. Beer Stein Race Saturday, September 27 • 6 PM What happens at the Bowman Beverage Beer Stein Race stays at the Beer Stein Race! It's always an adventure for this fun & fierce competition. Four team members carry oversized beer steins of water through a variety of obstacles in an attempt to fill a large bucket faster than their opponents.
