SUNSET TAN REDEFINES THE BRONZE AGE
Sunset Tan's ultra modern sun spas are ushering in a new era of worldclass, luxury tanning infused with sophisticated esthetics, state-of-the art
equipment and unparalleled pampering that allows clients to bask in the
pleasures of the good life.
Owners Jeff Bozz and Devin Haman located prime real estate for their
flagship in 2003 on the famous Sunset Strip, in the heart of Hollywood.
The décor is evocative of a futuristic boudoir, with plasma screen TVs,
brushed steel walls, frosted glass doors, silk drapes, candles and a custom
designed water sculpture. "We wanted to set a new standard," says Bozz. "When people first walked in
and said, 'Oh my God, this is a tanning salon?' we knew we'd struck the right chord."
While they originally planned to open a new salon each year, they discovered an ideal space directly
across from Sports Club LA only five months after their initial launch. With no tanning in the
immediate area, Bozz and Haman knew the opportunity was too good to pass by. The new location
was so successful, they turned a profit within the first month. Four months later, they found their
Studio City space and opened in January of 2005. Their fourth location, on Main Street in Santa
Monica, opened in the summer of 2005, and their most recent salon in Newport Beach opened in
March of 2006. Their location in a trendy/upscale Las Vegas hotel is due to open in 2007. "Our goal is
to open four more in the next year and a half," says Haman. Additionally, Sunset Tan is in the process
of offering turnkey franchise opportunities in hopes of further expanding the brand nationwide.
Sunset Tan is the only company in Los Angeles to feature UWE P90 high pressure beds where clients
can attain a 12 minute, no-flip tan in an open bed. It comes complete with face and body misters, air
conditioning, and aromatherapy. In addition to Mystic Tan, they are the first in the country to offer
California Tan Sunless™ Auto Bronzer ™ Spray Towers. Ideal for the health conscious and pigment
challenged, dermatologist approved Cal Tan features a claustrophobia-free, open stall which sprays an
even coat in either a bronze or clear solution four times faster than Mystic Tan. The clear solution will
not stain clothing or high thread-count bed linens. "And the color is incredibly sexy" says Bozz.
However, the most popular treatment on the menu is the Sunset Tan Cocktail™, where clients receive
VIP robe service and complimentary beverages as they slip from a high pressure bed into a spray
booth in order to achieve the ultimate golden glow.
Though their client list includes Paris and Nikki Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, Jessica Alba, Denise Richards,
Britney Spears and Brooke Burke, who is also an investor, Bozz and Haman want everyone to feel like
a celebrity. "People just love to come in and hang out. We go the extra distance to give our clients
something they've never experienced before." says Haman.
Staying true to course, this summer, Bozz and Haman will spoil their clients with the first ever Mobile
Misters, featuring Sun FX custom air bronzing which gives a more detailed, natural look. "We'll be able
to take our services to a movie set, volleyball and surfing events, bridal showers, weddings and
private parties" says Haman. With plans to be the first in the country to introduce the Ergoline
Multivision tanning bed with plasma screen TVs, Bozz and Haman will be opening a Sunset Tan Salon
at the Palms Casino in Las Vegas by the end of this year. "We love what we do, and we're having a
great time doing it." says Bozz.
FOUNDERS
DEVIN HAMAN
Devin Haman is a Co-Founder and currently
serves as the Chief Executive Officer of LA
Sunset Tan. Devin, a graduate of Valparaiso
CO-FOUNDER/OWNER
University, attended college on a football
scholarship and received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. While
attending college, he served as President of Theta Chi Fraternity and was awarded
the Reginald E.F. Colley Award, the highest honor bestowed upon one outstanding
undergraduate. Devin embarked on his journey by leaving his hometown of
Indiana for Los Angeles. There he entered into the field of commercial real estate.
During his 16 year tenure with Joseph J. Blake & Associates, the largest independent
nationwide real estate valuation and consulting firms, he served as the Vice
President/Regional Manager. He was personally responsible for over $100 billion in
real estate valuations and served an extensive list of major national clients. Devin’s
accomplishments in real estate also include the development and sale of over
$10,000,000 in homes within the illustrious Hollywood Hills. Over the past 5 years,
Devin has created one of the most successful tanning salon chains in the world –
Sunset Tan. The company is known as the “Salon to the Stars”. Devin also serves as
a Co-Producer and stars in E! Entertainment TV’s hit Reality Television Series “Sunset
Tan”.
Devin is also an Executive Producer and is in the process of producing
several other television projects. In addition, Devin is Co-founder and Owner of
Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center (BHRC) which is located in Los Angeles, California.
BHRC opened in December 2005 and specializes in total health and wellness monitoring, planning and actualization to help
improve health, well-being and self-esteem. While maintaining his impeccable reputation in real estate, tanning and antiaging, Devin also co-founded several successful event/promotion companies including Hollywood Entertainment Group
and Sunset Entertainment Group of which he is currently a partner/owner. Devin is currently in the process of launching the
Sunset Tan clothing line, swimwear line, and a very high end line of indoor and outdoor tanning products. Devin was
recently recognized in Item Magazine’s “Power 100 List” and was named as the 100 most powerful people in the United
States alongside the likes of Donald Trump, Steve Wynn, George Maloof, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Celine Dion and
Leonardo DiCaprio.
JEFF BOZZ
Jeff Bozz is a Co-Founder and currently
serves as the Co-President of LA Sunset Tan.
Jeff has been an enterprising part of the
CO-FOUNDER/OWNER
company’s success since its inception. Jeff
pursued his studies at the University of Southern California. In 1992 he attained his
residential real estate license and a position as a residential real estate agent at
Coldwell Banker. In his 15 year career with the firm he has been recognized as a
top producer in the Los Angeles area as well as a top 10% producer nationwide.
Within the last five years he has sold over $60 million in residential real estate.
Over the last five years he has also helped to create one of the most successful
tanning salon chains in the world – Sunset Tan. He and Co-Founder Devin Haman
opened their flagship salon in 2003 followed by the successful launch of four other
salons. The latest addition to the Sunset Tan family of salons will open in January
‘08 at the Palms Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. Jeff’s varied interests have
translated into the development of a production company with three television
shows in pre-production . Also in production is the opening of his restaurant
‘Flavor’, a high-end steak and seafood lounge. Jeff is currently focused upon the
success of the LA Sunset Tan brand. Jeff is assisting in the launch of numerous
Sunset Tan signature products including clothing, swimwear, high end indoor
tanning lotions and retail outdoor tanning lotions.
INVESTORS
Larry Rudolph
CO-PRESIDENT/ INVESTOR
Mr. Rudolph is currently the Co-President of LA Sunset Tan and the President
of ReignDeer Entertainment Corp., which he formed in January 2006 in Los
Angeles California.
From February 1998 through December 2005 Mr. Rudolph served the artist
management company, ReignDeer Management, Ltd., located in New
York, New York, as its President. From March 1993 through July 2004 Mr.
Rudolph served the law firm of Rudolph & Beer, LLP, located in New York,
New York, as its managing partner.
In his position with Rudolph & Beer, Mr. Rudolph discovered international
recording artist Britney Spears whose career he personally managed in his
position with ReignDeer Management, Ltd. Mr. Rudolph developed and
managed the Britney Spears brand from its inception in July 1997 through
November 2004.
George Maloof
Adhering to his
father’s policy of

family business “from the ground up,” George J.
Maloof, Jr. has successfully established himself as an
innovator in the hotel and gaming industries.
George is the leading force behind the building and
operation of the hottest property in Las Vegas, the
Palms, which is owned by the Maloof family, and has
become one of the most sought-after destinations in
the entertainment capital of the world.
As President of Maloof Hotels since 1989, George
has overseen the operation of hotels throughout the
Southwest and California, including the Fiesta Casino
Hotel in Las Vegas, the Central Palace Casino in
Central City, Colorado, and the Palms.
George has very strong ties to the Las Vegas
community. He is a UNLV alumnus, where he
received his bachelor’s degree in business
administration (hotel management) in 1987.
BROOKE BURKE
Investor
Recognized worldwide as the hottest tour guide and
adrenaline junkie on E!'s popular travel series, "Wild On,"
seen in 120 countries and in more than 400 million
homes. Brooke Burke is one of Sunset Tan’s leading
investors.
Brooke has made numerous television debuts such as
hosting E!'s popular pop culture countdown series,
"Rank.” Along with being recently featured as the host
of CBS reality series “Rock Star: Supernova.”
Her travels have inspired a collection of internationally
flavored beachwear called "Barely Brooke," manufactured
in Italy. Victoria’s Secret offers one of the Barely Brooke Collections in their ever-popular
catalog.

Dr. Garth Fisher is a well re-known Board certified Plastic and
Reconstructive surgeon in Beverly Hills. Along being the Assistant
Clinical Professor of Surgery (Plastic) at the University of
California, Irvine. His specialty is in aesthetic/cosmetic plastic
surgery of the face and breasts, as well as skin rejuvenation
procedures and programs.
Dr. Fisher is the Chief investor for Sunset Tan in the City of Los
Angeles. His busy practice predominantly includes entertainers,
celebrities and business executives from around the world. His
surgical skills and judgment are sought after by a large
international clientele.
Selected as "one of the top plastic surgeons in the United States for facial cosmetic and breast
surgery" in Best Doctors in America, an authoritative listing of the nation's top physicians in
each medical specialty. He skillfully utilizes the latest proven advances in technology and
innovations, including laser surgery and surgical scar minimization techniques.
Dr. Fisher has been consulted extensively for many television, news and magazine interviews. A

Sunset Tan’s new product line features California Tan’s proprietary
Step 1 and Step 2 tanning technologies (Vitatan, CuO2 and
TRF2000) to help accelerate the tanning process and then help
maximize results for a deeper and darker tan.
To optimize the production of melanin, skin has to be completely
energized. We use unique energizing complex that will help speed
up tan development combined with natural minerals and peptides
that help optimize pigment darkening. It is like energy jolt or energy drink for you skin. The products are loaded with best-of-thebest skincare for anti-aging and firming and are like Triple Agefighting Serums.
Clients use these products at home to keep up energy level in the
skin so their tan can continue to darken over time. The time-release
moisturization will help extend results for as long as possible. As an
added bonus the products contain revitalizing and firming ingredients as well.
