Note the Following Points
• Buggies may be folded up and placed at the back of the
train or left in the Buggy Park at Clayton West.
• Please have your tickets to hand for inspection at all times.
• Seats are allocated, details can be found on your ticket
(Ask Platform Staff for assistance).
• There are no toilets on the train.
• The train ride takes approximately 20 minutes each way.
• Listen out for Station and Carriage announcements
and follow directions of Railway staff at all times.
• Activities are running throughout the day at Clayton West until 17:00.

The shop situated at Clayton West has an extensive range of Day Out With Thomas
merchandise, Take-n-Play, Wooden Railway and much more.
Activities At Clayton West:
These activities are included within the fare.
• Thomas Platform Ride (from 11:00)
• Mavis & Troublesome Truck Platform Ride (11:00)
• Miniature Train Ride* (Around Duck Pond)
• Bouncy Castle* (Opposite Playground)
• Face Painting (Large Blue Carriage)
• DVD Screening (The Buffer Stop Café)
• Donkey Rides* (from 11:00 - 16:00)

Events during the day:-
The Imagination Station
• The Fat Controller will be opening the event at 9:45am at the
Gated Platform Entrance.
The Imagination station is an under cover manned activity centre based
at Shelley.
• Play with Thomas table top toys
• Colour in your favourite engine with one of Thomas’ colouring sheets
• Colour your own bunting
• Get a Thomas and Friends Temporary Tattoo
• Dressing Up using the Dress Up box
• At 10 minutes past each hour (Starting from 11am) children will be
invited to help Thomas’ Driver fill Thomas’ water tanks.
• All children receive a Day Out With Thomas Certificate. These
can be collected at 12:10 & 15:10 from The Fat Controller next to
Thomas and from the Ticket Office at Clayton West.
