Bosco Aluminium & Glass Co. LLC, one of the largest Group Companies, has worked closely with Architectural Consultants, Construction
Firms and Clients realizing their creative inspirations into reality.
The manufacturing unit of 25,000 sq. mtrs. at Ras Al Khaimah in United Arab Emirates contains modern automatic computer controlled equipment and
houses a strong experienced team of Engineers and professionals to convert a project from concept to reality. Our work force takes pride in all phases of
projects from production through to installation using most up to date research and production techniques in this specialized aluminium field.

Curtain Wall System
Unitized System: Today’s fast paced construction schedules require faster enveloping of building in addition to high quality, simplified
fabrication, superior performance and design flexibility.
Bosco’s Unitized Curtain Wall System has been engineered to meet this criterion and more. The curtain wall panels are fabricated and pre–
glazed under controlled factory environment, time saving fabrication. The pre glazed panels facilitate speedier installation enabling Clients
to be able to drive the Commercial benefit of putting the buildings to their intended use much earlier.

State - of - the - Art glass facility at Ras Al Khaimah includes Two Tempering Lines, IG Unit Making, Structural Bonding of Glass, Sand
Blasting, Ceramic Frit Coating, Glass Polishing etc.
Flat Tempered and Heat Strengthened Glass: With equipment from M/s. Tamglass - Finland, M/s. Bystronic - Switzerland and
M/s. Triulzi – Italy, Bosco Aluminium can produce flat tempered as well as strengthened glass as per following International standard:

Tempered Glass -ASTM C1048.

Heat Strengthened Glass – ASTM C1048.
Curved Tempered Glass: Is produced in tempering furnace custom designed and built
to our specifications by M/s. Northglass – China.
Insulated Glass Units: With equipment from M/s. Lisec – Austria, Bosco offer insulated
glass units as per highest international standard EN 01279. We can also produce
insulated glass units with structural silicone.
Sand Blasting: Facility for Sand Blasting in Plain as well as intricate designs available.
Ceramic Frit Coated Glass: Ceramic Frit coating in solid colours for
spandrel panels or in any design for decorative purposes provided.

Surface Finishing
Estimation Department
Powder Coating: Is done in pure polyester as well as Super Durable finish in standard RAL Solid as well as metallic colours.
Estimation of projects is carried out using European software by highly experienced Estimators. Value Engineered
solutions are provided.
The powder coating facility is Qualicoat approved. Bosco is authorized applicator of M/s. Jotun Paints – the world renowned powder
coating paint manufacturer in United Arab Emirates.
Wood Finish and Other Decorative Coating: Using technology and equipment from Decoral – Italy, we can provide true to
life wooden finish on aluminium surfaces. A wide range of other decorative finishes also available.

Bosco Metal Coating CO. LLC.
Bosco Metal Coating Located at Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, Bosco Metal Coating Co. LLC houses a Powder Coating, PVDF Coating
and Decorative finishes including Wood Finish Coating facility.
The Powder Coating facility is Qualicoat approved and authorized by M/s. Jotun Paints as their authorized applicator.
The conveyorised powder coating system is equipped with automatic as well as manual powder coating guns from M/s. Gema, Switzerland
– world renowned company in the field of Powder Coating equipment.
From small components to aluminium profiles as long as 7.5 meters, to gates as high as 2.5 meters, the coating capability is highly versatile
and covers a wide range of components which can be powder coated.
Decorative and wood finish decorating facility is equipped with Machinery from M/s. Decoral – Italy, based on the Sublimation process.
Straight profiles, arches, accessories etc. all can be finished in the required decorative finish with the same texture.
Bosco uPVC Industry LLC, Dubai
Bosco UPVC Industry Located at Dubai, Bosco UPVC Industry is in the business of design, fabrication and installation of UPVC Doors and
Windows. UPVC doors and windows are fabricated using UPVC profiles imported from M/s. Kommerling, Germany – a leading manufacturer
across the globe. M/s. Kommerling manufactures UV stabilized UPVC profiles ideally suited to the tropical U.A.E climate. The UPVC profiles
are lead free and therefore do not cause any environmental pollution.
The key features of UPVC Doors and Windows are:
1) Energy Conservation – Excellent thermal performance reduces load on air conditioning resulting in substantial savings in electrical
energy consumption.
2) Acoustic Installation - UPVC profiles provide excellent sound insulation – ideal for residential areas.
3) All joints being welded, UPVC doors and windows provide improved air and water tightness.

UPVC doors and windows are aesthetically appealing.
In Bosco UPVC, UPVC doors and windows are fabricated on state – of – the– art machinery from M/s. Elumatec Germany. With in house
facility for profile bending, windows of any shape required by the Clients can be made.
Using technology and paints from M/s. Rhenocoll Germany, Bosco UPVC can provide UPVC doors and windows in a wide range of RAL
colours.
