Qualifying Rules:
1. Rebate for foodservice operators in the U.S. only. Rebates are for specific
locations and will not be processed for agents or other representatives of operators.
2. To qualify for minimum rebate payment of $30.00 or three (3) paperboard
Squeeze caddies or one (1) acrylic PC caddy, operator must purchase two (2)
cases of Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Mayonnaise Real or Light. To qualify for
maximum rebate payment of $300.00 or thirty (30) paperboard Squeeze caddies or ten (10) acrylic PC caddies, operator must
purchase twenty (20) cases of Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Mayonnaise
Real or Light.
3. This offer is good only for the item numbers listed on this coupon.
4. Verify proof of purchase with copy of receipt and completed operator information.
Handwritten receipts will not be accepted.
5. All claims must be postmarked by July 31, 2014. Allow 8 to 12 weeks delivery for rebate.
6. Void where prohibited.
7. Limit one coupon per location. Coupon cannot be combined with other offers.
