Rebate for foodservice operators in the U.S. only. Rebates are for specific locations and will not
be processed for agents or other representatives of operators.

To qualify for minimum rebate payment of $75 operator must purchase minimum two (2) cases
(4/1 gallons) or for a maximum rebate of $250 the operator must purchase four (4) cases (4/1 gallons) of Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Mayonnaise: Real, Extra Heavy or Light. Maximum
of four (4) free cases.
3.
Minimum rebate of $75 and up to a maximum of $250 for combined products purchased.
Final rebate based on invoice amount, cannot exceed $250 per coupon.
4. Limit two coupons per location, per year for a maximum $500 annual reimbursement.
Coupon cannot be combined with other offers.
5. This offer is good only for the item numbers listed on this coupon.
6. Verify proof of purchase with copy of receipt and completed operator information.
Handwritten receipts will not be accepted.
7. All claims must be postmarked by January 31, 2016. Allow 6 to 8 weeks delivery for rebate.
