Greetings fellow cycling enthusiasts!
We, the Bike Psychos, proudly announce the 33rd
Annual Psycho Century. It has been mentioned in Bicycling
Magazine that we are one of the “must” rides in the Midwest area.
You have many choices when it comes to organized centuries and
there are many reasons why you should ride with us. Top amongst
them are the people. Your fellow riders, the volunteers and the
friendly folks you may come upon during the ride. The scenery
is absolutely beautiful as you travel through areas of Starved
Rock and along the Illinois River. The route itself offers enough
challenges for all abilities with a couple of serious climbs along the
century route. Our SAG drivers are friendly and efficient and just a
cell phone call away to get you on your merry way.
Last, but not least are our legendary rest stops to grant you a brief
respite. Located in picturesque state parks and campgrounds you
will find great camaraderie, great food and beautiful surroundings
as you restore your energy.
So come out this August and find out what your fellow cyclists are
talking about. Put together a group, bring a friend or just bring
yourself. We look forward to seeing you in Coal City.

In agreeing to this waiver for myself, or as parent or legal guardian for the entrant named below, I hereby release from responsibility and hold harmless from any claim,
foreseen or unforeseen by me or my family estate, heirs or assigns, the Bike Psychos Inc. (Bike Psychos), and its agents, employees, officers, volunteers, other participants,
any sponsors, advertisers and owners or lessors of the premises on which the Bike Psychos Century takes place from any and all claims, damages, demands, injuries and
losses whatsoever, arising from my transportation to, participation in and or presence at the Bike Psychos Century, and do so entirely of my own initiative. I understand
that riding a bicycle on a public street or road can be a risky and dangerous activity and may result in serious bodily injury, including permanent disability, paralysis and
death (collectively, “risks’’). I fully accept and assume all such risks and all responsibility for all costs, damages and losses I incur as result of my participation in the Bike
Psychos Century. I agree to obey all traffic laws and operate my bicycle in a safe manner. I certify that I have read this waiver, fully understand its terms, understand
that I have given up substantial rights by agreeing to it and have agreed to it freely of my own free will and accord. If the entrant is a minor, I, the minor’s parent or legal
guardian, understand the nature of bicycling activities and the minor’s experience and capabilities and believe the minor to be qualified to participate in the Bike Psychos
Century. I also authorize emergency medical treatment if I or the minor(s) named below is/are injured.
