The Peacemaker Center is a faith-based,
non-profit 501(c)3 organization.

The mission of The Peacemaker Center is to help people find
peace with God, themselves and others. We provide
Clinical Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy and Social
Work to anyone in need of our services. Our trained

framework of God’s truth and guidance. We see couples,
families and individuals of all ages for a variety of relationship and

od tells us that His power is perfected in our weakness. While we
always attempt to do our best at being responsible for our part, we
are ever so grateful for those who choose to support us as we help
people who are hurting and cannot afford care in this economy. Our
need for financial assistance tripled this year & our precious friends
came through to fill in the gap for what we needed financially. As a
staff, we have been blessed by serving the people that come through
our doors. We see the difference the work we do has on so many lives.
“At our first meeting , you identified the attitudes and behaviors that were
blocking any chance of us agreeing on anything. You helped us to understand
why our conversations... would break down and abruptly end with feelings of
anger and resentment. You reminded us how to speak to each other in a
manner that respects our opinions; and focus on listening without interrupting.”
“As a result of these pre-marital counseling sessions... we are learning to walk
closer to Jesus in our relationship [with each other]. As a couple we are not
equipped to handle all the problems we face, but God is…walking with Jesus
doesn’t depend on our legs, it depends on our heart.”
“The Peacemaking for Families resource that you recommended has helped to
motivate us in applying the attitude and behavior changes that you counseled
us to work on.”
This past year, The Peacemaker Center experienced a year of economic awakening.
For the first time, our need for services outpaced our annual fundraising. I’m grateful
that God’s economy is not the same economy that is written about by financial experts.
It appears to me that God’s work and provision is most evident when we are in despair
and helpless to provide our own solutions.
The growth we have seen is not limited. Peoples’ lives are being changed in a way
that multiplies and provides new emotional healing and energy for future generations.
Thank you so much for your partnership in the life building work we do at The
Peacemaker Center. Our earthly resources may be limited, but God’s power is not.
