For thin fabric - place the fabric between two layers of Avalon and stretch taut in the embroidery hoop. 2. For towelling - place the Avalon on top of the looped fabric. This will greatly improve the embroidery as the thread will lay on top of the loops, not between them. 3. Stretchy fabric - place the fabric between two layers of Avalon. 4. After completing the embroidery, tear off the Avalon and remove any excess with a damp brush or steam iron. 5. NB: Do not mist spray or leave embroidery wet as this may cause colours to run.
