FOLDER GLUER for Operators
Die Cutting for Operators
Suitable for all folder gluer operators, the course covers safety, machine makeready, running, job change-over, problem solving and routine maintenance.
On completion the operator will be able to set the machine to achieve the
best possible production speed whilst ensuring quality. Delegates will also be
introduced to extrusion glue systems, code readers, quality control devices,
overhead glue line detection, side seam glue line detection, pharma code
reading all linked to ejection.

Suitable for all Autoplaten® operators, the course covers safety, machine
make-ready, running, job change-over and routine maintenance. On
completion the operator should be able to set the machine to achieve the
best possible production speed whilst ensuring quality. Delegates will also be
introduced to nicking, rubbering and stripping, and may visit a die shop.
