GN: C an we as k what the l i m i ts a re? RW: We have been able to sell houses to people who were $36,000 a y ear – that’s a household income. I n o rder to g et the bes t f i nanci ng we use t he St at e of New Yo rk M o rtg ag e A s s o ci ati o n and they dict at e t he maxim um i nco m e i n o rder f o r thi s to be classified as affordable housing. So, people could ear n just a bit over $100,000 a year, they could still qualify. But, of course in the end, credit history has to be perfect. A-ok, good rating – no judgement against anybody.
