Formative Assessments dates are reflected in the plan. Please be informed that marks would be
included for all Summative Assessments in the overall results and a medical certificate would be
required if your child is absent on the day of the test.
Kindly acknowledge receipt of the attached plan by returning the acknowledgement slip to your
child/ward's form teacher by Tuesday, 3 February 2015.
