Splash Raffle March 2012 Dear Bay Community and Friends, Welcome to Bay Splash 2012 The Big Easy! a festive and friendly celebration of our distinctive school community. As we proudly celebrate our 7th annual Bay Splash event, and our 5th graduating class, I continue to marvel at the resourcefulness and willingness of our community to contribute so unselfishly to our success. Proceeds from The Big Easy will augment our academic programs and sustain broad access to a Bay School education through the Tuition Assistance program. Thanks to you, Bay Splash 2012 will directly benefit every student in the school. At the Bay School, we strive to create a place where young people can discover their greatest instincts and feel free to explore new ideas in new ways. Not surprisingly, we’ll be exploring some new features and opportunities at Bay Splash 2012 as well. The Splash Raffle is a big one, because every raffle ticket has equal odds of being the lucky one that gets drawn. And, if the bartenders mixing up your Hurricane look familiar, it’s because they are parents of Bay’s freshman class. What’s better than finding the baby in the King Cake? Holding a winning ticket in the Splash Raffle! Purchase a raffle ticket – or ten – and specify how you want to take your chances between our two spectacular prize drawings. (Ticket holder need not be present at drawing to win.) Raffle tickets may be purchased at Baysplash.org through 12:00 noon on March 31st or in person until 8:15 PM at Bay Splash 2012. Pricing is as follows: $75: one ticket $210: three tickets $650: 10 tickets $1500: 25 tickets Our extraordinary team of Splash leaders and volunteers has worked long and hard to produce this important event. Please join me in acknowledging their dedication and unselfish work on our behalf. So, relax and stroll through New Orleans. Enjoy and bid high and often on the many fun and unique offerings in the Splash silent auction. Take a chance and buy a raffle ticket, or two. Give with all your heart during our Fund-a-Need.
