LES PRINCIPES DES COMPRESSEURS :
On sait que les moteurs à essence n’ont pas un rendement de 100%, il avoisine plutôt les 80% à 85% dans
les meilleurs cas.
Or, il existe une solution pour compenser ce problème
et augmenter le remplissage du moteur : faire entrer le
mélange air/essence ou l’air d’admission “sous pression” afin de “gaver” les cylindres. Le principe de la
suralimentation est simple. C’est une “pompe qui comprime l’air et l’envoie dans les cylindres de façon à
“gaver” le moteur pour l’obliger à brûler une quantité
supérieure de mélange dans un même cycle donc
un mélange plus énergétique.
