Motorcycling NSW is asking all members to provide as many photos or footage as possible from 2015 to be included in the
presentation video at the Motorcycling NSW Night of Champions. Hi-res video and pictures from all disciplines are required
so that the presentation can take place on the giant screen. Any members who are able to assist with this request are

Updated Forms from NSW Sport & Recreation
We have been advised by NSW Sport & Recreation that they have updated their Serious Injury Report and Compliance
Certificate, all Clubs are now required to utilise these updated forms. Sport & Recreation are no longer able to accept the
older versions of these forms and in the event the older versions are returned to Sport & Rec the Club will be requested to
resubmit the correct paperwork. Both forms are available on the Motorcycling NSW website HERE and the Compliance
Certificate has been included with each Sport & Rec Track Licence (pre-populated) and MA permit (blank) from this week
onwards.
Permits and Annual Track Licensing
As all Clubs would be aware, all annual track licenses expired on June 30. Motorcycling NSW, our Venue Inspectors and
NSW Sport & Recreation are working extremely hard to ensure that all track licenses are processed as soon as possible. To
assist with this process in this busy time, we are asking that all Clubs, Coaches and Promoters forward through to the office
all permit applications that for upcoming events as soon as possible, even before the standard two week timeframe. By
providing the permit applications for your upcoming events, Motorcycling NSW and Sport & Recreation will be able to
prioritise the order in which track licenses are processed. Your assistance and patience in this busy time is greatly
appreciated.
2015 Night of Champions
Owing to an unfortunate clash of dates with a Supercross event in Sydney, the 2015 Night of Champions date will have to
change dates from our traditional date of the last Saturday in November. At this stage the event is likely to proceed on
Saturday, 5th December 2015, however this is subject to Board confirmation. Further details will be provided once they
emerge.
When showing off goes badly…
Have a great weekend guys and gals.
