$110 + HST per diver. This includes all events.
Awards:
Medals will be awarded to the top 3 in each event.
Ribbons will be presented to 4-6th place in each event.

MeetInformation
Dive Sheets:
All dive sheets are due 24 hours prior to the event using the Canadian
Dive Sheet Generator (available online through Integrated Sport Systems
http://www.intergrated.net/diving/dive_sheet_generator.html)
Dive sheets submitted after these times will be subject to a $25 late dive
sheet fee (as per Diving Canada rulebook).
No new dive sheets will be accepted within one hour of the posted start
time of the event.
Changes to the dive sheets must be submitted a minimum of 1 hour prior to
the events posted started time.

C – Divers born 2003 or 2004
D – Divers born in 2005 or later
A draft event schedule is included in this Meet Package.
A revised schedule will be provided after the registration deadline.
Events will have 30 minutes to warm-up prior to the start of the event.

Boy’sandGirls’Platform–5metre–7.5metre–10metre:Thiscompetitionshallcomprise
seven(7)differentdives;four(4)diveseachselectedfromadifferentgroup,thetotaldegreeof
difficultyshallnotexceed7.6,andthree(3)diveswithoutlimitofdegreeofdifficulty,eachdive
selectedfromadifferentgroup.Atleastfive(5)differentgroupsmustbeused.

TeamAccommodations&TravelSubsidies
Travelsubsidies:
• First300kmsonewaydonotreceivecompensation.
• 301kmto600kmonewaywillreceive$0.10perkmperparticipant.Compensation
calculatedafter300km,iftheparticipantis350kmawaytheyonlyreceive
compensationfor50km.
• 600+kmonewayiseligibleforthesameperkmrateortheycanbooktrain,busor
planetravelthatispre-approvedbytheMinistryandGames.Moreinformationonthis
isforthcoming.
OpeningCeremonies:
AthleteswillbetakenfromtheEtobicokeOlympiumonThursdayafterpractice,directlyto
theHersheyCentre,wheretheywilleattheirdinnerandthenstayforopeningceremonies,
whichwillrunfrom7:00p.m.to8:30p.m.
TicketsforOpeningCeremoniesarelimitedandwillgoonsaleinJuly.ATicketmasterlinkwill
beprovidedandticketswillbelimitedto2perorder.OpeningCeremonieswillsellout.

ParticipantswillbestayingattheFourPointsSheridanTorontoMississauga.CheckinAugust
11,checkout,August14.Doubleoccupancy-eachathletegetstheirownbed.DiveOntario
willbeprovidingaroominglisttoOSG,basedonrecommendationsfromtheClubs.
Transportation:
WilloccuronMiWayTransitBusesthatarebeingcharteredfromthecity.Athleteswillbe
transportedbeforeandaftertheeventeachdayexceptthelastdaywhereparticipantswillgo
home.
Food:
Breakfastatthehoteleachmorning,Lunchatvenue(boxedlunch)andDinnerbackatthe
hotel.
