Inclusive dates:
April 21 to May 1, 2016*** (Must be in place no later than April 20.)
1st dives are scheduled to begin on April 21 early morning.

Last dives are on April 30.
Getting There: Marco Vincent Dive Resort; White Beach, Puerto Galera, Philippines.
Fly to Manila. Be there no later than April 19. Overnight in Manila at the hotel of your choice. There are many
near the airport. We suggest that you make your hotel reservation as soon as you commit to the dive trip (April
is the time Filipino’s take vacations). Marco Vincent Dive Resort will organize pickups at your Manila Hotel on
April 20th. Vans will transport all to Batangas, a “BANKA” landing pier at South Luzon. The “BANKA” will
transport you to White Beach to be met by Marco Vincent Staff and transported by a classic”Jeepny” to the
resort (of WW II vintage).

Once checked-in, get dive gear ready and we all go diving!!! The dives will begin in the morning of April 21.
You SHOULD at the Marco Vincent Resort no later than April 20.
Three day dives planned each day and 1 night dive. NO NITROX.
Several boat or beach BBQ’s are planned during the trip. An on-board chef prepares all the surface interval
snacks and meals. After the last dive of the day, the bar will be open for a chilled San Miguel.
One evening, Larry and Bonnie plan to prepare a real “Texas BBQ”, as we do on our “Texas Ranch”. Mel and
Merci (Owners of Marco Vincent and the dive Yanka crew) will open the BBQ with a traditional gift of a
frozen mug of San Miguel.
A Farewell Gala on the last night of the trip (April 30) is included.
DIVER QUALIFICATIONS: Certification of Advanced Open Water with a minimum of 50 ocean dives to be
shown from your dive log. All dives are Open Ocean. Surprises CAN happen.

The Yanka dive platform is of a very modern “Space Ship like” design. 16 divers maximum. Most of our
Expeditions are Sold OUT, by DEMA time. Reserve early if you wish to join us.

Each Diver
must have attached to their B.C.D. (1) A Reef Hook) and 2) a Safety
Sausage AND Medical Evacuation Insurance by DAN or PADI.
We will inspect for these before dives begin.
Cost: Per Person: USD$2,885.*** price reduced by $1,000p.p. double room occupancy (Single person
occupancy in the Resort, add $35. Per day.) This includes the transport to and from Manila, three meals each
day at the resort or in combination of the on board lunches, weight belts and weights. Dive Gear can be rented
by advance reservation of a minimum of 2 weeks.
***** Special 100% IRS Deduction for ALL expenses relative to this trip (air, meals, enroute hotels and
cost of the Expedition --- CAN be available to USA Citizens who pay taxes in the USA.
To Reserve a space: A Deposit of USD $500 per person, is required --- BEFORE March 15, 2016.

The Marco Vincent Dive Resort is a Mediterranean design, like one may find in an Arabic/Spanish Kasbah.
Twenty-four large air cond. rooms open out to the indoor/outdoor pool. A beautiful way to relax between dives.
The massage ladies are TERRIFIC. Laundry Service is available. For those who may elect a single room, a
single supplement will apply.
An extra $35. for a single room. Total would be $3,270.
For photographers and videographers --- the boat will have ample fresh water rinse tanks, as will the dive
center. The dive center also has a large secure camera room with electrical outlets at every station.
The dive operation is a PADI 5-Star. Rental equipment is available.
