LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION A prospective godparent or sponsor needs some evidence that he/she is an active, contributing member of the parish and leads a life in harmony with the Catholic Faith. We can only give such testimony to those who are actually parish members. This collection supports six Catholic agencies that touch more than 1000 million, Lives around the world. The funds from this collection help provide food to the hungry, support to displaced refugees, and Christ’s love and respect to all people. Next week, please give generously to the Catholic Relief Services Collection. A new advertising year will begin soon. If you wish your business to appear weekly in the bulletin, please contact the parish office soon. Your ad will reach about 475 households and is well spent. The fee for a single ad is $250 per year; a double ad is $500. We prefer a business card or layout indicating how you wish your ad to appear. If necessary we will assist you in designing your notice. Parish Finance Council The members of S.E.A.S. Seminary Course Held Locally Christ the King Seminary will hold one of its courses at Blessed Mary Angela Parish during the Spring Semester. “The Spirituality of Western New York: An Examination of the Spiritual Influences that Shaped the Diocese” taught by Paul Lubienecki, PhD, is offered on Tuesdays, 6:30 – 8:30 PM, for 10 weeks beginning January 27.
