You can exchange these points for intems listed in the Program Catalogue. A world of Rewards awaits you!
This rate applies: 1 £ SPENT = 1 BONUS POINT. AIl sales of merchandise are counted, excluding freight charges, advertising fees and exceptional payments. You can, at any time, redeem the points you earn according to the current online catalog and awards list. If an intem is outdated or no longer available, you will
automatically receive the previous version of the intem. Your current point total, can be seen on your Hairdreams invoice. The points expire after 2 years, unless redeemed.

Conditions for participation
1. Purpose
The specific conditions for participation apply to the use of the bonus premium program. The prerequisite for participation in the bonus premium program is
the valid Hairdreams partnership agreement. The bonus premium program is a part of the Hairdreams partnership agreement subject to regulations of the
conditions for participation and is linked to their existence.
2. Acquiring BONUS POINTS
a) The participation in the bonus premium program gives the participant the opportunity to collect BONUS POINTS. The number of bonus points is determined by fully paid net sales of the customer at Hairdreams since the start of their participation in the program (exceptions: subscription to VIP program,
joint advertising costs and freight costs). BONUS POINTS for transactions are shown on each receipt of the participant. The collected BONUS POINTS are
credited to the participant‘s customer account and are valid for two years. After two years, the points expire – the participant will be informed of this.
b) BONUS POINTS can be cancelled by Hairdreams if the Hairdreams general terms and conditions as well as the conditions of participation are violated
by the participant or the requirements to retain points are not met. Hairdreams also reserves the right to cancel points if the transaction through which the
participant has received BONUS POINTS has been voided.
c) It is only possible to use the BONUS POINTS as part of the program.
d) BONUS POINTS are not transferable to other participants or third parties.
3. Redeeming BONUS POINTS
a) The collected BONUS POINTS will be held in the participant‘s customer account and can be used depending on the amount of BONUS POINTS in premiums according to the currently valid premium list. Converting BONUS POINTS into money and payment and offsetting is not permitted. This also applies
in case of termination of participation.
b) The participant can use his BONUS POINTS if enough points have been collected for the chosen premium.
c) To redeem the desired premium, the participant should contact his Hairdreams service team, stating the BONUS POINTS needed for the premium together
with the premium code and their delivery address.
d) Premiums can be used in consideration of time and quantitative constraints (with guaranteed provision of a qualitatively comparable premium). The number of useable BONUS POINTS for a premium as well as the premium itself can change and in this case, the participant will be informed of this.
e) Once a premium has been redeemed, the BONUS POINTS can not be exchanged for another premium. Premiums that a participant has gained by redeeming incorrectly collected BONUS POINTS can be retracted, with the participant having to bear the costs.
4. Warranty
For the settlement of a premium, Hairdreams is permitted to assign a third party. In this case, Hairdreams is not a contractual partner per se, but conveys
the premiums only in the name and by order of the third party to the participant. Warranty and liability claims by the participant can only be directly asserted
to the third party.
5. Liability
a) Damage claims against Hairdreams are not accepted, independent of the legal basis, except for intent or gross negligence.
b) In so far as Hairdreams accepts liability, the damage claims are limited to foreseeable damages.
c) Hairdreams reserves the right to cancel the bonus premium program at any time without stating any reasons or to replace it with another program.
7. General terms and conditions
a) Changes to conditions of participation: Hairdreams is authorised to change the conditions of participation. Participants will be informed of these changes
in writing.
b) Premiums cannot be redeemed in cash and are not allowed to be passed on in return for payment or free of charge.
c) Applicable law, place of jurisdiction: Austrian law applies, place of jurisdiction is Graz, Austria.
d) Severability clause: Should a provision of this contract be or become legally invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The
contractual partners are in fact obligated to replace the invalid provision with an equivalent provision preferably resulting in technical and economic success
for the contractual partners. This also applies in the case of a loophole in the contract which requires supplementing.
8. Data protection
a) Participant‘s data: Personal details, particularly such as the full name, complete address and the email address of the participant, are required for participation in the bonus premium program in order to be able to manage the score of the BONUS POINTS. Personal details will be passed on to third parties
– especially in the scope of the settlement of the premium –, which the participant acknowledges.
b) Newsletter: The participants agree to Hairdreams being allowed to inform them of news about the bonus premium program or general news of the company by email.
