Untuk meningkatkan hasil Kerajaan di mana Kerajaan
akan memperoleh wang bayaran premium
dalam tempoh segera (antara 3-6 bulan) dan wang
ini boleh digunakan untuk meningkatkan ekonomi
bagi pembangunan negara.
Bermula dari tarikh berkuatkuasa sehingga bulan
Disember 2009, sebanyak 14 permohonan telah
mendapat insentif pengurangan bayaran premium/
premium lanjutan dengan jumlah premium yang
perlu dibayar ialah RM 5,702,847.10. Sehingga kini
sebanyak 2 pemohon yang layak telah membuat
bayaran dengan jumlah insentif pengurangan
bayaran premium/premium lanjutan sebanyak 10%.
Jumlah yang diterima setakat ini adalah sebanyak
RM 78,222.21.

Pembangunan Tanah Yang Telah Mempunyai
Binaan Kekal Atau Sementara Di Atas Tapak.
Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan
(JKKT WPKL) pada mesyuarat Bil. 589/2009 bertarikh
15 September 2009 telah meluluskan pengenaan
penalti ke atas permohonan-permohonan
pemberihakmilikan tanah dan pembangunan tanah
yang telah mempunyai binaan kekal atau sementara di
atas tapak seperti berikut:
Pembangunan Tanah
• Penalti 10% atau RM 1,000.00 (mana lebih tinggi)
daripada bayaran premium lanjutan dikenakan
sebagai tambahan kepada jumlah premium yang
perlu dibayar; dan
• Premium tambahan dikira berdasarkan cukai tanah
mengikut jenis binaan yang didirikan (kediaman/
perdagangan/perusahaan) dengan syarat nyata
semasa didarab dengan tempoh bagi setiap tahun
pelanggaran syarat berlaku.

From the date of commencement until December
2009, a total of 14 applications were given the
discount incentive for premiums/additional
premiums valued at RM5,702,847.10. To date, two
eligible applicants have settled their payments in full
and received discounts of 10%. The amount received
to date is RM78,221.21.
3 . Imposition Of Penalties On Applications For
Land Alienation And Development With
Temporary Or Permanent Structures Already On
Site.
The FTKL Land Executive Committee during their
meeting (No 589/2009) on 15 September 2009 approved
the proposal to impose penalties on applications
for alienation or development of land where temporary
or permanent structures have been built on site. The
penalties are as follows:
Land Development
• A penalty of 10% or RM1,000.00 (whichever is higher)
will be imposed and this amount will be added to the
additional premium fee payable; and
• Computation of the additional premium will be based
on the land tax applicable to the type of structure
constructed (residential/commercial/industrial) for
every year the offence was committed.
Justification for the decision to impose a penalty on
applications for alienation/development of land
with temporary or permanent structures on site.
• To prevent unauthorized delay in project development
• So that the Government will not lose out and also
prevent applicants from developing the land without
prior permission.
• Expedite the development of the project so that buyers
will obtain their land titles/ strata titles quickly.
