The initials BM or CM or MS indicate the type of screw is provided (see photo below).
The value that follows the symbol indicates the screw thread.
Screw length is expressed by the value shown after the "x".
Example 1: BM6x15 = cylinder head bolt, M6 (Tapped 6), 15mm length.
Example 2: CM8x25 = domed head bolts M8 (Tapped 8), 25mm length.
Example 3: SM6x10 = countersunk bolt, M6 (Tapped 6), 10mm length.

ADVISE BEFORE THE REARSETS MOUNTING:
When you remove the peg on gear side you will need to unscrew the 2 screws that hold the kick-stand,
so it’s recommended to find another support for the bike.
Now you can remove the complete rearset with the gear, and you will be able to sicure again the kickstand with the BM10x20 supplied in the kit. You need only one screw because of the other thread will be
used by the rearset riser.
REARSET RISERS MOUNTING:
1. Secure the rearset riser to the chassis with 2 SM8x40 and 2 spacers with countersink, 2 cylindrical
spacers x30mm (inserted between the rearset riser and the chassis), 1 BM10x60 e 1 spacer
38mm (below), one or more washers between the spacer and the chassis.
2. Tighten the 2 SM8x40 and insert the exact number of washers with the spacer 38mm at the
bottom.
3. If you have not previously done, lock the kick-stand plate with the BM10x20 on the gear side.
On the brake side you can close the hole let loose with the CM10x20.
* The rearsets can be mounted more protruding depending on driving needs, or even depending on the
type of exhaust that you mount. It’s possible to use the remaining washers to more space the rearset
risers from the chassis.
GEAR PEG MOUNTING:
1. Secure the base of the peg to the rearset riser with 2 BM8x16 in their slots. Tighten the screws to
the rearset riser depending on the setting you prefer.
2. Fix the shift rod by choosing the appropriate extension to the setting. Screw the extension in the
shift rod from the correct side in the right thread *, and secure with a nut supplied.
3. Finally, screw the shift rod with the extension between the two bearings, one of the chassis and
one of the peg. Tighten the nuts to lock the rod.
* Please note, the thread at either end of the rod is different, so it is advisable not to use excessive force
during screwing and control the rights side of the extensions, so that the thread can be damaged.
The kit is supplied with a BM6x40 with a spacer and a nut, which will be used if the setting of the
rearsets don’t provides freedom of movement at the shift rod, incocciando on the rearset riser.
So you will need to move the original bearing from the back of the chassis pin and place it from the
front, with the screws described.
BRAKE PEG MOUNTING:
1. Secure the base of the peg to the rearset riser with 2 BM8x16 in their slots. Tighten the screws to
the rearset riser depending on the setting you prefer.
2. For the oil pump you must first insert the pin, screwed to the bearing, in the pump slot.
Depending on the setting of the pin you can change the height of the brake lever.
3. Lock the oil pump at the base of the peg with 2 CM6x30, and insert between the base and the
pump the 2 spacers and the washers, supplied already screwed to peg.
4. Finally you can mount the stop of the brake lever with the screw without head, a washer and a
nut. Tighten the screw in the threaded hole on the brake lever and tighten with the washer and
the nut.
ANY PASSENGER EXTENSION MOUNTING:
Fix the passenger extensions at the rearset riser dismounting the 4 SM8x30 that locked the rearset risers
to the chassis. Insert the 4 BM8x40 supplied in the appropriate slots of the passenger extensions and
tighten them to the chassis.
HEEL GUARDS MOUNTING:
To fixing the heel guards you must use the SM6x10 and screw them at the base of the peg, inserting
the 4 spacers between the peg and the heel guards.
