deep amber and burnt orange, and the

sweet butterscotch with a hint of
saltiness.

Honey Bzzz Chèvre
Milk: Sheep | Age: 1 year
This rare 100% sheep’s milk cheese is
aged for one year to bring out its rich
milk flavor with undertones of butterscotch
and almond. Made in the traditional
Dutch Gouda style, Vintage Grand Ewe
is a firm cheese with a slightly crumbly
texture.

Milk: Goat | Age: Minimum 6 weeks
Made from 100% goat’s milk, Hollandse
Chèvre has a rich tangy flavor and a
smooth creamy texture resembling a
classic Dutch Gouda.

Aged for a full year, this cheese is
similar to our Hollandse Mature but
with a slightly sharper flavor and a
crumblier texture.

Meadowkaas means
meadow cheese which
represents the first grazing
of the new spring grasses.
Over the winter months the
grasses have grown rich in
nutrients resulting in copious
quantities of high cream fresh milk.
This milk turns into a decadent sweet cheese with
an extremely smooth and creamy texture.

Winter, this seasonal Boerenkaas contains

In the early 1900’s, the Dutch cheese
market comprised of small independent
cheese producers handling all aspects of
cheese production. It wasn’t until the mid
1950’s that a small cooperative of cheese
makers came together to share their
knowledge and their resources and
created what is known today as Uniekaas.
This formation helped to build one of the
leaders in Dutch cheese market which
focused on exploring new ways to create
Gouda cheeses without ever losing the
importance of Dutch cheese
making traditions.
