Graduands are requested to report at 8.30 am
Invitees are requested to be in their seats by 10.00 am
Please stand up when the academic procession enters the hall and remain
standing till the members of the procession take their seats
Graduates are requested to take the pledge audibly after initiation by the Principal
It is a solemn ceremony, silence solicited
Only official photographers will be allowed to take photographs during the
programme
Kindly switch off the cell phone inside the auditorium
Do not bring children
At the closing of the ceremony, please remain standing till the academic
