WGGS Builders Ltd was incorporated in the year 2003 and since then
we have grown much of our portfolio through customer’s referrals and
by word of mouth. From humble beginnings we have grown to be one
of the major player in the industry.

The refurbishment of a four storey listed building to create a family home

five bedroom house including steam room, bespoke dressing room and excavation
of rear basement to construct the kitchen and garden area. Our team worked closely
with the architect and interior designer to deliver a stunning design scheme with finishes
including Creama Marfil marble flooring and bathrooms as well as bespoke joinery items.

The refurbishment of a four storey listed building including the construction of
basements to the front and rear with a glazed structural extension. The rear basement
was constructed in difficult ground conditions with restricted access adding to the
logistics of the project.

finishes and the clients were so pleased with the results that they decided to enter the
project into the FMB Master Builder of the Year Awards competition.
