WARNEMÜNDER WOCHE... mehr als nur Segeln!
Alljährlich wird in der ersten vollen Juliwoche im Ostseebad
Warnemünde die WARNEMÜNDER WOCHE ausgetragen. Neun Tage
lang herrscht Sommer- und Partystimmung an Land, am Strand
und auf dem Wasser. Die Segler schätzen das Revier vor den Toren
der Hansestadt Rostock aufgrund der kurzen Anfahrtswege zu den
Regattabahnen, der langen Welle und des ungetrübten, meist
kräftig wehenden Westwindes. Und sie lieben die individuelle,
freundliche Betreuung bei der Veranstaltung, die ihren eigenen
Charme mit internationalem Segelsport perfekt kombiniert. Die
über 2.000 Segler aus 30 Nationen in 20 Bootsklassen bilden das
Herzstück der Veranstaltung. Rund 700.000 Zuschauer kommen
alljährlich, um vom Strand oder von den beiden Molenköpfen aus
einen Großteil der Wettfahrten live zu verfolgen und die Segler
beim Ein- und Auslaufen zu beobachten.

Die Location ist perfekt...
Zwei Yachthäfen und unzählige Liegeplätze im Alten Strom sind
während der WARNEMÜNDER WOCHE die Heimat der Segler: der
Yachthafen auf der Mittelmole und die neue Fünfsterne Marina auf
der anderen Seite der Warnow (Yachthafen Residenz Hohe Düne).
Von hier aus erreichen die Aktiven ihre Regattabahnen schnell und
ohne weitere Hindernisse. Gleichzeitig sind sie der ideale Ort für
abendliche Klassenparties und gemütliche Abende im Hafen. Das
reichhaltige Kulturprogramm während der WARNEMÜNDER WOCHE
mit einem Umgang in historischen Trachten, Waschzuberrennen,
Drachenbootrennen, Beachparties und jede Menge Musik und
Unterhaltung im ganzen Ort sorgt zehn Tage lang für Abwechslung
an Land.

Das Ostseebad Warnemünde bietet darüber hinaus eine gute
Infrastruktur an Land:
Schicke Boutiquen, exquisite Läden sowie weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten laden zum Shoppen ein. Banken, eine Postfiliale sowie
Lebensmittelläden, eine Vielzahl von Restaurants und Kneipen, ein
Theater und ein Museum sind ebenso schnell erreichbar wie die
Segelmachereien, Werften oder der Strand. Markant ist auch das
Warnemünder Cruise Center, ein gläsernes Terminal, das mit 181
Anläufen mit rund 250.000 Touristen an Bord zu einem der beliebtesten deutschen Häfen für die Riesen der Meere avancierte.

...und die beste Basis zum Durchstarten!
Natürlich ist Warnemünde auch ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren an der Küste entlang oder
in das Landesinnere. So liegt die Hanse- und Universitätsstadt
Rostock nur acht Kilometer landeinwärts und ist mit ihren 200.000
Einwohnern die größte Stadt im Land Mecklenburg-Vorpommern
und wirtschaftliches Zentrum der Region. Auch touristisch hat sie
einiges zu bieten: herausgeputzte Giebelhäuser aus der Hansezeit,
das idyllische Kloster zum Heiligen Kreuz mit dem Kulturhistorischen Museum, einige alte Speicher, das Schifffahrtsmuseum und
den Marktplatz mit dem barockverkleideten siebentürmigen
Rathaus. Über allem die großen Backsteinkirchen und ringsherum
die Stadtmauer mit den mächtigen Toren. Dazu eine reizvolle
Fußgänger- und Einkaufszone, Kinos, Indoor-Spielplätze und einen
großen Zoo. Etwas außerhalb findet man Unterhaltung auf Karls
Erdbeerhof oder auch im Kletterwald. Ganz leicht gelangt man von
Rostock auch in andere interessante Orte des Landes wie z.B. die
Landeshauptstadt Schwerin, Barlach-Stadt Güstrow, auf die
wunderschöne Halbinsel Fischland-Darß mit den idyllischen Orten
Ahrenshoop und Zingst oder in das älteste deutsche Seebad
Heiligendamm.

WARNEMUENDER WOCHE... more than sailing!
The WARNEMUENDER WOCHE takes place every year in the irst
week of July. For nine days, everyone has a great time in town, on
the beach and on the water. Sailors love this sailing site at the
resort of Rostock, especially because of its short distances to the
race courses, the perfect waves and the reliably strong westerly
winds.
They also enjoy the personal and friendly care received throughout
the event, which gives this regatta its special charme. More than
2.000 sailors, 30 nations and 20 boat classes are the core of this
international event, and about 700.000 spectators travel to
Warnemuende every year to watch the races live from the beach
or the mole heads.

A perfect location...
The two harbours Marina Mittelmole and the luxury Marina Hohe
Duene, as well as numerous berths at the “Alter Strom” house the
sailors during the WARNEMUENDER WOCHE, all of them are
charming and delightful places for both lively parties and quiet
evenings. Short distances guarantee a quick access to the race
areas on the next morning. Interesting cultural events, such as a
traditional costume procession, arace of self made swimming
vehicles and dragon boat races, beach parties, music and
entertainment provide an attraction for everyone staying onshore!

In addition, Warnemuende resort provides an excellent
infrastructure:
Within short walking distance you will ind banking houses, the
post ofice, supermarkets, a great variety of restaurants and bars,
the theatre, the museum, or sail makers, shipyards and, of course,
the beach! Fancy boutiques, interesting and exquisite shopping
facilities are looking forward to serve you courteously and with
expertise. Another place of great interest is the “Warnemuende
Cruise Centre”, a glassy landing stage for the biggest cruising ships
on their journeys through the European seas to Warnemuende has
become one of the most popular harbours in Germany for cruise
liners with 181 port calls and a passenger volume of over 250.000

...and the perfect base for touristic activities!
Warnemuende, of course, is a brilliant starting point for long walks
or bike tours, going along the seaside or heading towards the
inland. In a distance of 8 kilometres you ind the universitytown
and Hanseatic City of Rostock - with 200.000 habitants the biggest
town of Mecklenburg - Vorpommern and the economic centre of
the region.
Tourist attractions are the buildings from the Hanseatic period, an
idyllic abbey, some oldstore-houses, a museum of shipbuilding,
brick-lined churches and the historic city wall. The pedestrian
precinct and shopping mall, cinemas and the zoo complete the
broad offer for an eventful and exciting visit. Nearby town, you
will ind a strawberry farm, as well as a highwire forest providing
climbing adventures.
Also very easy to reach are other interesting places, including the
regional capital Schwerin, the Ernst-Barlach-town Güstrow, the
oldest German seaside resort of Heiligendamm, or the beautiful
and breathtaking peninsula “Fischland-Darß” with its endearing
villages Ahrenshoop and Zingst.

Mit dem Auto:
Teilnehmer, die ihre Basis im Yachthafen Mittelmole haben:
An der Abfahrt Rostock West (14) die A20 verlassen und auf die
B103 in Richtung Warnemünde abbiegen. In Warnemünde der
Ausschilderung zum Yachthafen Mittelmole folgen.
By car:
Participants based at Marina Mittelmole:
Arriving on the highway A20 use the exit No. 14 Rostock-West.
Follow the national route B103 to Warnemuende. At Warnemuende you follow the signs leading to “Yachthafen Mittelmole”
(Marina Mittelmole).
Teilnehmer, die ihre Basis im Yachthafen Hohe Düne haben:
An der Abfahrt Rostock Ost (6) die A19 verlassen und auf die B105
in Richtung Stralsund (Ausschilderung Hohe Düne) abbiegen. In
Rövershagen an der ersten Kreuzung links abbiegen bis Nienhagen, rechts weiter auf der Bäderstraße, in Hinrichshagen links
abbiegen und über Markgrafenheide nach Hohe Düne.
Participants based at Marina Hohe Duene:
Arriving on the highway A19 use exit No. 6 Rostock-Ost and
continue on the national route B105 towards Stralsund (signposted: Hohe Düne). At Rövershagen take the irst turn left towards the
village of Nienhagen, turn right onto the “Baederstrasse”, turn left
in Hinrichshagen and pass through Markgrafenheide to the Marina
Hohe Duene.
Alternativ: Anfahrt wie Yachthafen Mittelmole, dann jedoch durch
den Warnow-Tunnel (mautpflichtig) oder in Warnemünde mit der
Autofähre (kostenpflichtig) nach Hohe Düne übersetzen.
Option: You follow the a.m. direction and continue on B103, then
use the Warnow tunnel (toll) or the car ferry (extra fee) from
Warnemuende to Hohe Duene.

Zweckdienliche Bekanntmachung:
- Östlicher Molenkopf durch starke Versandung teilweise nur
noch 2,00 m Wassertiefe.
- Tiefgang für die Zufahrt „Alter Strom“ wird ab sofort nur
noch mit 2,90 m angegeben.
Appropriate notice:
- Eastern Molenkopf by heavy silting sometimes only 2.00 m
water depth.
- Draft for access " Alter Strom " is specified now only 2.90 m.

Die Anreise der Klassen für den zweiten Teil der WARNEMÜNDER
WOCHE kann nicht vor Mittwoch, 8. Juli 2015 erfolgen.
Please note: All sailors participating in the second part of the
WARNEMUENDER WOCHE are advised not to arrive before Wednesday 08th July 2015.
All competitors are requested to comply with the special trafic
regulations within and around the Marinas Mittelmole, Hohe Düne
and Warnemuende beach.
Alle Regattateilnehmer werden gebeten, die besonderen
Verkehrsregelungen im und um das Regattagelände auf der
Mittelmole, der Hohen Düne und am Strand zu beachten.
Sie sind notwendig,
a) um die große Zahl von Booten, die zur WARNEMÜNDER
WOCHE kommen, aufzunehmen,
b) um die Verkehrswege für Polizei, Rettungswagen und
Feuerwehr freizuhalten,
c) die besonderen örtlichen Gegebenheiten des Ostseebades
zu berücksichtigen.
Compliance is necessary
a) in order to receive the great number of boats coming to the
WARNEMUENDER WOCHE,
b) to keep clear the approaches for ambulances, ire trucks and
police cars,
c) in order to consider the special local circumstances.

Regeln auf dem Veranstaltungsgelände
- Das Grillen bzw. Anzünden von Lagerfeuern und anderen
offenen Feuerstellen ist strengstens verboten.
- Das Baden und Angeln in allen Hafenanlagen ist strengstens
verboten.
- Das Arbeiten an den Booten inklusive Mast stellen, Mast
legen und Auftakeln ist auf den zugewiesenen Parkflächen
sowie auf dem Camping-, Wohnmobil- und Trailerplatz
ausdrücklich untersagt.
- Bei Nichtbeachtung der Vorschriften können polizeiliche
Maßnahmen nicht vermieden werden.
- Beachten Sie bitte das Merkblatt, das Sie bei der Anreise am
Eingang zu den Yachthäfen oder im Regattabüro erhalten.
General rules in the harbour area
– It is strictly forbidden to have a barb or an open ire in the
harbour area.
– Swimming and ishing are strictly forbidden in all areas of the
Warnemünde harbours.
– Any duties on the boats including setting the mast or any
procedures of rigging are strictly forbidden on all parking
grounds and on all camping sites or parking facilities
designed for trucks and trailers.
– Non-compliance may call for enforcement by the police.
– Please note the details from the lealet which will be
distributed receive at the entrance to the marinas or at the
Race Ofice.
Trainer- und Begleitboote
Im Sinne der Sicherheit und eines reibungslosen Ablaufs der
gesamten Regatta sind folgende Grundsätze einzuhalten:
- Vor der Nutzung müssen sich alle Trainer- und Begleitboote
registrieren lassen, die geltenden gesetzlichen Bestimmungen und Auflagen sowie die Regeln für Trainer- und Begleitboote der Veranstaltung erfüllen. Der Veranstalter kann
Registrierungen zurückweisen und spätere Registrierungen
nach eigener Einschätzung zulassen.
- Es sind pro Boot 35,00 € Hafengebühr zu entrichten
(Nachmeldegebühr ab dem 20. Juni 2015: 50,00 €) - Jedem
registrierten Motorboot wird eine eindeutige Nummer
zugeteilt. Diese muss sichtbar angebracht werden.
- Die Motorboote dürfen ausschließlich auf den ihnen
zugewiesenen Liegeplätzen liegen.
- Der Veranstalter weist darauf hin, dass Führer von Schlauchoder sonstigen Motorbooten den Sportbootführerschein See,
bei Ausländern den entsprechenden Führerschein ihres
Heimatstaates mitführen müssen.
Coach and support boats
In the interest of safety and a smooth operation of the event,
please follow the following principles:
– Before using, all coach and support boats shall be registered
online or via fax / letter-mail by the Organizing Authority
and will be required to comply with local legislation and
event support boat regulations. The Organizing Authority
may refuse registrations and accept later registrations at
their sole discretion.
– Each boat shall pay a harbour fee of € 35.00 (late entry fee
after 20st June 2015: € 50.00).
– A unique registration number will be assigned to each
support boat which has to be presented clearly visible.
– Support boats are to be moored only in the allocated berths
in the marinas.
– The Organizing Authority informs that all helmsmen of
dinghies or other motorboats have to hold the appropriate
German license - e.g. international certiciicate for pleasure
boats off shore - foreign participants shall hold the adequate
license of their home country.

- Die gesetzliche Höchstgeschwindigkeit auf der Warnow
beginnend zwischen den Molenköpfen beträgt 6 kn. In den
Häfen und im Alten Strom gilt eine Höchstgeschwindigkeit
von 3 kn.
- Nur registrierte Trainer- und Begleitboote werden in der
Marina Hohe Düne gekrant bzw. nach Aufforderung vom
Kran des Warnemünder Segel-Club e.V. zu Wasser gebracht
und wieder an Land genommen. Die genaue Einteilung
erfolgt nach Meldeschluss. Die jeweiligen Kranzeiten
werden ebenfalls nach Meldeschluss im Internet veröffentlicht.
- Trainer- und Begleitboote haben den Anweisungen des
Hafenmeisters, der Wettfahrtleitung bzw. Jury zu folgen. - In
Notsituationen ist jedes Trainer- und Begleitboot zur
Hilfeleistung verpflichtet.
– The maximum speed on the river Warnow (beginning
between the two pier heads) is limited to 6 kts. Within the
harbours and on the river Alter Strom the maximum speed is
restricted to 3 kts.
– Only registered support boats will be craned in the mooring
Hohe Duene – after request – by the crane of Warnemuende
Segel-Club. The precise classiication and the crane time table
will be published after entry closing date online.
– All drivers of support and coach boats have to follow any
instructions given by the Harbourmaster, the Race Committee or the Jury.
– In case of emergency all coach and support boats are
required to help out.
Kranen
- Alle Kielboote, die auf dem Landweg anreisen, können an
den Anreise- und Abreisetagen in der Marina Hohe Düne
und ggf. nach Aufforderung vom Kran des Warnemünder
Segel-Club e.V. zu Wasser gebracht und wieder an Land genommen werden. Die jeweiligen Kranzeiten werden
ebenfalls nach Meldeschluss im Internet veröffentlicht. Die
genaue Einteilung erfolgt nach Meldeschluss. Teilnehmer

Utility of cranes
– All keelboats, on the Guests arriving by land , can possibly
brought to the arrival and departure days in the Marina Hohe
Düne and when requested by the crane of Warnemünde
Sailing-Club e.V. to water and taken back to shore. The
precise classiication and the crane time table will be published after entry closing date online. Participants are assigned
on-site. Instruction of ports and security staff are to be
followed.
– During the event a craning fee for one launching an one
haul-out is included in the entry fee. Exception: Sea cruisers.
Those have to pay a fee of 25,00 € per single launching /
hauling.

Liegeplätze
- Die Liegeplätze befinden sich im Yachthafen Mittelmole,
Alter Strom, Warnemünde Strand und im Yachthafen Hohe
Düne.
- Liegeplätze werden vom Hafenmeister der WARNEMÜNDER
WOCHE zugewiesen. Die gekennzeichnete Zuordnung der
Stege und Flächen ist verbindlich. Den Anweisungen des
Hafenpersonals ist Folge zu leisten.
- Liegeplatzgebühren werden für die Teilnehmer in der Zeit
vom 4. bis 12. Juli 2015 nicht erhoben.
Moorings
– Moorings are located at Marina Mittelmole, Alter Strom,
Warnemuende beach or at Marina Hohe Duene.
– All moorings will be allocated by the harbour master of
WARNEMUENDER WOCHE. Participants are requested only to
use the marked pontoon bridges and areas.
– Moorings and areas for boats are free of charge for partici
pants within the period from 4th to 12th July 2015.
Fährverbindung Warnemünde <=> Hohe Düne
Für alle Teilnehmer mit Liegeplatz Hohe Düne ist die Nutzung der
Fähre kostenfrei. Diese Berechtigung gilt ausschließlich nur für die
Inhaber entsprechend gekennzeichneter Teilnehmerausweise. Die
Überfahrt mit einem PKW, sowie die Mitnahme weiterer Personen
und/oder eines Fahrrades ist ausgeschlossen.
Ferry Warnemuende <=> Hohe Duene
For all participants, with mooring Hohe Duene, is the use of Ferry
charged. This authorization is valid only for our Careers in their
marked delegate passes. The Crossing by a car and acquiring more
people and/or a bicycle is excluded.
Parken
Parkplätze in den Bereichen Marina Mittelmole und Marina Hohe
Düne sind nur im begrenzten Umfang auf den ausgewiesenen
öffentlichen Flächen vorhanden und kostenpflichtig. Der Veranstalter bietet für Trailer und Fahrzeuge der Teilnehmer einen
Parkplatz auf dem Gelände der Warnow-Werft an. Zwischen dem
Parkplatz der Warnow-Werft vor Warnemünde, für Trailer und
Fahrzeuge der Teilnehmer, wird an den An- und Abreisetagen ein
Shuttleverkehr in Warnemünde eingerichtet. Start- und Endpunkt
ist der Yachthafen Mittelmole. Bitte folgen Sie der Ausschilderung
Trailerstellplatz zum Werftbecken.
Parking
Parking in the areas of Marina Mittelmole and Marina Hohe Duene
are available and chargeable only to a limited extent on the
designated public areas . The organizer's car park on the site of the
Warnow-Werft for trailers and vehicles of the participants.
Between the parking lot of the Warnow-Werft in Warnemünde , for
trailers and vehicles of the participants, a shuttle service in Warnemuende is set up at the arrival and departure days. Start and end
point is the marina Mittelmole. Please follow the signs Trailer
Place for shipyard basin .

on public parking lots (concrete area, parking lot in front of Scandlines building). Parking of vehicles and trailers in harbour areas is
not allowed either. Illegally parked cars will be towed away at the

Campingbereich Mittelmole
Der kostenpflichtige Campingplatz für die Teilnehmer mit Basis
Yachthafen Mittelmole, Basis Hohe Düne und Basis Warnemünde
Strand (Höhe Leuchtturm) befindet sich auf dem Gelände der
WIRO GmbH / ehemals Scandlines AG direkt neben dem Yachthafen Warnemünde. Als Campingplätze gelten die eingezäunten
Bereiche. Innerhalb dieser Grenzen kann das Abladen erfolgen.
Campingplatzkarten für die Mittelmole können direkt beim
Parkplatzwächter erworben werden. Die Park- und Campingfläche
ist begrenzt, Ausweichflächen stehen am Werftparkplatz zur
Verfügung. Für den Fall, dass Sie Fragen zum Thema Campingplatz
Mittelmole haben, so wenden Sie sich bitte per E-Mail an:

the premises of WIRO GmbH / former Scandlines AG nest to
Marina Mittelmole, Warnemuende. Campsites are considered to be
fenced. Within these boundaries, entry and unloading is possible.
Tickets for camping are directly available at the respective parking
attendant. Please notice that parking and camping space is
limited. You can ind additional space at Werftparkplatz.

1. Regeln
1.1.
Die Regatta unterliegt den Regeln, wie sie in den Wettfahrtregeln- Segeln - definiert sind.
1.2.
Es gelten die Wettsegelordnung des DSV sowie die Zusätze des DSV zu den Wettfahrtregeln. Diese sind auf der
Internetseite des DSV und im Wettfahrtbüro einsehbar.
1.3.
Bei einem Sprachkonflikt ist der englische Text maßgebend, außer bei den Ordnungsvorschriften des DSV, bei
denen der Deutsche Text maßgebend ist.
1. Rules
1.1.
The regatta will be governed by the rules as defined in the
Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS).
1.2.
The racing prescriptions (WO) and the Addenda to the RRS
of the DSV applies. English versions of these prescriptions
are available on the DSV web-site and in the race office.
1.3.
If there is a conflict between languages the English text
will take precedence, except that in the prescriptions of
the DSV, the German text will take precedence.
2. Sicherheit
2.1.
Die Langstreckenwettfahrt „hanseboot Rund Bornholm“
fällt in die Sicherheitskategorie 2 Monohulls, jedoch ohne
die Paragraphen 3.29.1n (AIS), 4.19 (EPIRBs) und den gesamten Abschnitt 6 (Training). Der Paragraph 4.10.1a der
Offshore Special Regulations ist wie folgt geändert:
„…. documented RCS (radar cross-section) of not less than
4 m².”
2.2.
Die anderen Wettfahrten fallen in die Sicherheitskategorie
4. Ausnahmen sind in Folge von Klassenvorschriften und
Konstruktionsbedingungen möglich.
2. Safety
2.1.
The long distance race “hanseboot Rund Bornholm” is
enclosed in the security category 2 Monohulls, but without
the paragraphs 3.29.1n (AIS), 4.19 (EPIRBs) and the
complete Section 6 (Training). The wording of paragraph
4.10.1a of the Offshore Special Regulations is changed to:
“…. documented RCS (radar cross-section) of not less than
4 m².”
2.2
The other offshore races are enclosed in the security
category 4. Exceptions according to class regulations and
constructional measurements are possible.
3. Zusätzliche Ausrüstung und Werbung
3.1
Boote können verpflichtet werden, vom Veranstalter gestellte On-Board-Kameras, GPS-Geräte oder ähnliche Ausrüstung in der vom Veranstalter festgelegten Form mitzuführen.
3.2.
Boote können verpflichtet werden, vom Veranstalter gewählte und gestellte Werbung anzubringen.
3. Additional Equipment and Advertising
3.1
Boat shall be required to carry on-board-cameras, GPS
navigators or similar equipment provided by the organizer
as specified by the organizer.
4. Teilnahmeberechtigung und Meldung
4.1.
Meldeberechtigt sind Einrumpfseekreuzer mit einer ORC
International oder ORC Club Vermessung und Yardstick
Yachten und „one design“ Yachten.
4.2
Der Schiffsführer muss entweder einen für das Fahrtgebiet
vorgeschriebenen gültigen DSV-Führerschein oder empfohlenen amtlichen, auch vom DSV im Auftrage des
Bundesministeriums für Verkehr, Bau- und Wohnungswesen ausgestellten und gültigen Führerschein besitzen. Bei
Mitgliedern anderer nationaler Verbände gilt ein entsprechender Befähigungsnachweis ihres Landes.
4.3
Jeder Schiffsführer muss Mitglied eines Vereins seines
nationalen Verbandes sein.
4.4.
Zulassungsberechtigte Boote können melden:
4.4.1. Vorzugsweise online per Internet unter:
www.warnemuender-woche.com mittels des Online-Formulars. Das Meldegeld ist mit der Onlinemeldung über die
verschlüsselte Internetseite unseres Partners PAYONE (ECLastschrift, Kreditkarte) zu zahlen. Der Veranstalter muss
dann zum Einziehen des Meldegeldes ermächtigt werden.
Erfolgt die Meldung und Bezahlung auf diese Weise bis
zum 20.05.2015 ist nur der Online-Frühzahlerbetrag zu
bezahlen.
4.4.2. Eine Meldung per Post oder Fax ist ebenfalls möglich,
allerdings entfällt der Online-Frühzahler-Rabatt.
Das Einsenden per Post oder Fax muss auf dem offiziellen
Meldeformular mit Unterschrift erfolgen. Maßgeblich für
die Einhaltung des Meldeschlusses ist der Poststempel
4. Eligibility and Entry
4.1.
Eligible boats are one hull cruisers with either ORC International or ORC Club measurement and Yardstick yachts or
One Design classes if at least 3 entries.
4.2.
The person in charge shall either have a valid driving
license of the DSV, or a valid official license both prescri
bed or recommended for the sailing area, issued by the
DSV by order of the government department for traffic,
construction and home development. Members of other
national federations shall have an adequate driving
license of their national authority.
4.3
Each person in charge shall be a member of a club affiliated to a national authority of the ISAF.
4.4.
Eligible boats may enter using either:

www.warnemuender-woche.com via online form. The
official entry form codified by our Partner PAYONE (ECdirect debit or credit card) shall be used and filled in
completely. The organizers shall be authorized to collect

Late entries will be accepted up to 2 hours before the
first warning signal!
The entry fee shall be paid even if the entry is cancelled
later on or the boat does not show up. Entry fees will not
be refunded.
The entry fee of the hanseboot Rund Bornholm includes
the number of event-tickets shown in the table. The event
ticket entitles the person to take place on the event party
on 5th July and for the memory gift. Further event-tickets
are available at the registration for 20 € for crewmembers
and 25 € for other guests.

11. Strafen
11.1
Ein Boot kann eine Eine-Drehung-Strafe durchführen,
wenn es möglicherweise gegen eine Regel von Teil 2,
Regel 31 oder Regel 42 verstoßen hat. Wenn es jedoch
möglicherweise gegen eine Regel von Teil 2 innerhalb
der Zone einer zu rundenden Bahnmarke oder Zielbahn
marke verstoßen hat, ist die anzuwendende Strafe die
Zwei-Drehungen-Strafe. Dieses ändert WR 44.1.
11.2
Ein Schiedsgericht oder eine Internationale Jury gemäß
WR Anhang N wird eingesetzt. Die Entscheidungen der
Internationalen Jury sind gemäß WR 70.5 nicht berufungsfähig.
11. Penalty System
11.1
A boat may take a One-Turn Penalty when she may have
broken a rule of Part 2, Rule 31 or Rule 42 while Racing.
However, if a boat may have broken a rule of Part 2
within the zone of a rounding mark or finishing mark, the
penalty that may be taken is a Two-Turn Penalty. This
changes RRS 44.1.
12. Einteilung und Einzelwertung
12.1. Boote die nach ORC gemeldet haben, werden außer für
den Kyria-Pokal nicht nach Yardstick gewertet und umgekehrt.
12.2. Bei zu geringer Anzahl an ORC International Meldungen,
werden diese Boote nach ORC Club in den ORC Club Gruppen gewertet.
12.3. ORC International und ORC Club Boote werden nach
ihrem festen TOT-Offshore-Wert (time on time), bei den
Up and Downs TOT-Inshore gewertet.
12.4. Bei der Yardstickwertung wird die Yardsticktabelle des
Segler-Verbands Mecklenburg-Vorpommern zu Grunde
gelegt.
12.5
Weicht ein Boot von der beim Yardstickausschuss hinterlegten Deklaration oder dem Klassen-Standard ab, muss
es die Abweichung im Einzelnen mit der Meldung beschreiben.
12.6
Änderungen in der Yardstickzahl zu Gunsten des Teilnehmers (z.B. Vergütung für Segeln ohne Spinnaker) werden
nach Meldeschluss nicht mehr angenommen. Das gleiche
gilt für Nachmeldungen.
12.7. Die Aufteilung in Gruppen erfolgt durch die Wettfahrtleitung.
12.8
Soll das Boot in die Wertung „schnellstes Charterschiff“
gehen, ist dies bei der Meldung anzugeben und der
Chartervertrag bei der Anmeldung vorzulegen.
12.9
Für die Wertung „Beste Jugendmannschaft“ bei Rund
Bornholm darf die Hälfte der Mannschaft das 21. Lebensjahr noch nicht vollendet haben. (Mannschaftsliste ist bei
der Anmeldung einzureichen).
12.10 Family Cruiser Cup - Meldeberechtigt sind Yachten mit
höchstens 5 Personen an Bord. Es darf nur ohne
Spinacker, Genacker, Blister, Code-0 gesegelt werden.
Der Family Cruiser Cup bekommt eine eigene Wertung.
Die Wettfahrtleitung kann Yachten ohne Nennung von
Gründen anderen Gruppen zuordnen.
12. Grouping and Race score
12.1
Except of the Kyria-Cup Boats entered with ORC shall not
be scored with Yardstick and vice versa.

A protest committee or an International Jury will may be
appointed in accordance with appendix N of the RRS. In
accordance with RRS 70.5, there shall be no right of
appeal concerning the decisions of the International jury.
In case the number of registered ORC International boats
is to small, the participating yachts will be scored by ORC
Club in the ORC Club classes.
ORC International boats and ORC Club will be scored
according their fixed TOT-Offshore (time on time) aan at
the Up and Downs TOT-Inshore.
For Yardstick the yardstick table of the Segler-Verband
Mecklenburg-Vorpommern will be used.

Boats differing from the declaration at the yardstickcommittee or the class standard shall specify the change
with her entry.
12.6
Changes of the yardstick factor in favour of the boat (for
example for sailing without spinnaker) are not accepted
after entry closing date. The same applies for late
entries.
The nomination of race groups will be organized by the
Race Committee.
For “charter” boat scoring, please mention “charter” on
the entry form and show your charter contract at
registration.
For scoring for the “Youth cup”: Half of the crew shall be
younger than 21 years (Please show your crew list at
registration).

15. Haftungsausschluss
15.1. Die Verantwortung für die Entscheidung eines Bootsführers, an einer Wettfahrt teilzunehmen oder sie fortzusetzen, liegt allein bei ihm, er übernimmt insoweit auch die
Verantwortung für seine Mannschaft. Der Bootsführer ist
für die Eignung und das richtige seemännische Verhalten
seiner Crew sowie für die Eignung und den verkehrssicheren Zustand des gemeldeten Bootes verantwortlich. Der
Veranstalter ist berechtigt, in Fällen höherer Gewalt oder
aufgrund behördlicher Anordnungen oder aus Sicherheitsgründen, Änderungen in der Durchführung der Veranstaltung vorzunehmen oder die Veranstaltung abzusagen. In
diesen Fällen besteht keine Schadensersatzverpflichtung
des Veranstalters gegenüber dem Teilnehmer. Eine Haftung des Veranstalters, gleich aus welchem Rechtsgrund,
für Sach- und Vermögensschäden jeder Art und deren
Folgen, die dem Teilnehmer während oder im Zusammen
hang mit der Teilnahme an der Veranstaltung durch ein
Verhalten des Veranstalters, seiner Vertreter, Erfüllungsgehilfen oder Beauftragten entstehen, ist bei der Verletzung von Pflichten, die nicht Haupt-/bzw. vertragswesentliche Pflichten (Kardinalpflichten) sind, beschränkt auf
Schäden, die vorsätzlich oder grob fahrlässig verursacht
wurden. Bei der Verletzung von Kardinalpflichten ist die
Haftung des Veranstalters in Fällen einfacher Fahrlässigkeit beschränkt auf vorhersehbare, typischerweise eintretende Schäden. Soweit die Schadensersatzhaftung des
Veranstalters ausgeschlossen oder eingeschränkt ist,
befreit der Teilnehmer von der persönlichen Schadensersatzhaftung auch die Angestellten – Arbeitnehmer und
Mitarbeiter – Vertreter Erfüllungsgehilfen, Sponsoren und
Personen, die Schlepp-, Sicherungs-, oder Bergungsfahrzeuge bereitstellen, führen oder bei deren Einsatz behilflich sind, sowie auch alle anderen Personen, denen im
Zusammenhang mit der Durchführung der Veranstaltung
ein Auftrag erteilt worden ist. Die gültigen Wettfahrtregeln der ISAF, die Klassenvorschriften sowie die Vorschriften der Ausschreibung und Segelanweisung sind einzuhalten und werden ausdrücklich anerkannt.”
15. Disclaimer of liability
15.1. The responsibility for the decision of the person in charge
to participate in a race or to continue with it is solely with
him, to that extent he also takes the responsibility for his
crew. The coxswain is responsible for the qualification and
the correct nautical conduct of his crew as well as for the
suitability and the transport-safe condition of the registered boat. In cases of Force Majeure or on grounds of
administrative orders or for safety reasons the organizer is
entitled to make changes in the realisation of the event or
to cancel the event. In these cases there does not exist
any liability for compensation of the organizer to the
participant. In case of a violation of obligations that do not
constitute primary respectively material contractual duties
(cardinal obligations), the liability of the organizer, no
matter because of which cause in law, for material and
property damages of all kinds and their consequences that
arise to the participant during or in connection with the
participation in the event resulting from a conduct of the
organizer, his representatives, servants or agents, is
restricted to damages that were caused wilfully or grossly
negligent. When a violation of cardinal obligations occurs,
in cases of simple negligence the liability of the organizer
is limited to foreseeable, typically occurring damages. To
the extent that the liability for damages of the organizer
is excluded or restricted, the participant also relieves the
staff – employees and representatives, agents, servants,
sponsors and individuals who provide or drive salvage,
safety or rescue vessels or assist with their use - from the
individual liability for damages, as well as also all other
individuals who were instructed to act in connection with
the realisation of the event. The effective racing rules of
the ISAF, the class rules as well as the regulations of the
Notice of Race and the Sailing Instructions are to be
complied with and are expressly recognised.

minimum coverage of 3.000.000,00 € per event or the

17. Urheber- und Bildrechte
Teilnehmer überlassen den Veranstaltern, ihren Agenturen und Sponsoren entschädigungslos dauerhaft sämtliche
Rechte an Foto- und Filmaufnahmen aller Art von dieser
Regatta und Sportlern für die sportliche und kommerzielle
Auswertung.
17. Copyright and digital copyright
Each participant automatically grants the organizer, their
agencies and the sponsors of this regatta the right in
perpetuity to use at their discretion any pictures taken
during the period of competition in which the competitor
participates without compensation.

Die Regatta unterliegt den Regeln, wie sie in den Wettfahrtregeln - Segeln - definiert sind.

die Zusätze des DSV zu den Wettfahrtregeln. Bei den
Deutschen Meisterschaften gilt zusätzlich die Meisterschaftsordnung (MO) des DSV. Diese sind auf der Internet
seite des DSV und im Wettfahrtbüro einsehbar.

Die Regatten der WARNEMÜNDER WOCHE sind offen für

Bei Meisterschaften müssen deutsche Teilnehmer die

Meldungen, die nicht die offiziellen Meldeformulare der
WARNEMÜNDER WOCHE nutzen, werden nicht akzeptiert.

Der Anspruch auf Zahlung des Meldegeldes entfällt nicht
durch Rücknahme der Meldung oder durch Fernbleiben

Wird die in der Tabelle unter Punkt 3.1 genannte Mindestteilnehmerzahl bei Meldeschluss nicht erreicht, wird die
Regatta der Klasse abgesagt. Dies wird auf der Webseite
veröffentlicht.

4. Vermessung
4.1
Jedes Boot muss einen gültigen Messbrief vorweisen.
4.2
Nur Deutsche Meisterschaften: Es werden Kontrollvermessungen, aber keine Erstvermessungen durchgeführt.
Insbesondere werden Rumpf, Spieren und Segel kontrolliert. Orte der Vermessung werden in den Segelanweisungen beschrieben.
4. Measurement
4.1
Each boat shall produce a valid measurement certificate.
4.2
Only German Championships: In addition measurement
controls but no first measurement will be taken. Especially
hull, spars and sails will be inspected. Locations of measurement are described in the sailing instructions.
5. Sicherheitsbestimmungen
5.1.
Jeder Steuermann bzw. jede Steuerfrau ist für die seemännische Führung seines bzw. ihres Bootes in jeder Hinsicht
selbst verantwortlich.
5.2.
Jedes Boot muss gemäß WR 1.2 angemessene Rettungsausrüstung und jeder Teilnehmer persönliche Auftriebsmittel mitführen.
5. Safety regulations
5.1.
Every helmsmen or -woman is responsible in every
respect for the way in which he or she sails his or her boat.
5.2.
In accordance with RRS 1.2 each boat shall carry adequate
life-saving equipment and each competitor personal
flotation device.
6. Anmeldung und Segelanweisungen
6.1.
Die Anmeldung erfolgt im Regattabüro Yachthafen Warnemünde Mittelmole ab Freitag, den 3. Juli 2015, 12.00 Uhr.
Für Teilnehmer, deren Liegeplätze sich auf der Hohen
Düne befinden, erfolgt die Anmeldung im Regattabüro
Yachthafen Hohe Düne ab Freitag, den 3. Juli 2015, 12.00
Uhr.
6.2.
Die Teilnehmer erhalten dort die Segelanweisungen und
das Programm.
6.3.
Teilnehmer, die nicht bis eine Stunde vor dem Start ihrer
ersten Wettfahrt ordnungsgemäß registriert wurden, sind
nicht startberechtigt.
6.4.
Bei der Anmeldung zu den Wettfahrten im Regattabüro
hat jedes Crewmitglied die unten stehende Haftungsausschlusserklärung zu unterschreiben (siehe 17 dieser
Ausschreibung).
6.5.
Minderjährige Teilnehmer müssen den Haftungsausschluss von einem Erziehungsberechtigten unterschreiben
lassen und spätestens bei der Registrierung abgeben. In
jedem Fall haben sie eine Ausweiskopie eines Erziehungsberechtigten vorzulegen.
6. Registration and sailing instructions
6.1.
Registration shall be made at the Race Office located at
Marina Mittelmole beginning on Friday, 2015 July 3rd at
12.00 h. For participants whose berths are located on the
Hohe Duene, the registration shall be made at the Race
Office located at Marina Hohe Duene beginning on Friday,
2015 July 3rd at 12.00 h.
6.2
The Sailing Instructions and the programme will be available at registration.
6.3.
Participants who are not registered properly at least one
hour before their first start are not allowed to start in any
case.
6.4.
During registration in the Race Office each crew member
shall sign the exclusion of liability (see 17 of this Notice of
Race).
7. Kurse und Wettfahrtgebiete
Die Wettfahrtgebiete und die zu segelnden Kurse werden
in der Segelanweisung dargestellt.
7. Course Areas and Courses
Course Areas and Courses will be published in the Sailing
Instructions.
8. Straf-System
Für Kielboot-, Surf-, Katamaranklassen und 29er werden
die Regeln 44.1 und P 2.1 geändert, so dass die ZweiDrehungen Strafe durch die Eine-Drehung Strafe ersetzt
wird.
8. Penalty-System
For the keelboat, surf, catamaran classes and 29er rules
44.1 and P 2.1 are changed, so that the Two-Turns Penalty
is replaced by the One-Turn Penalty.
9. Internationale Jury
Ein Schiedsgericht oder eine Internationale Jury gemäß
WR Anhang N wird eingesetzt. Entscheidungen der Internationalen Jury sind gemäß WR 70.5 nicht berufungsfähig.
9. International Jury
A protest committee or an International Jury may be appointed in accordance with appendix N of the RRS. In accordance with RRS 70.5, there shall be no right of appeal
concerning the decisions of the International Jury.
10. Additional Equipment
Boat shall be required to carry on-board-cameras, GPS
navigators or similar equipment provided by the organizer
as specified by the organizer.
10. Zusätzliche Ausrüstung
Boote können verpflichtet werden, vom Veranstalter
gestellte On-Board-Kameras, GPS-Geräte oder ähnliche
Ausrüstung in der vom Veranstalter festgelegten Form
mitführen.
11. Wertung
11.1. Werden 4 oder weniger Wettfahrten vollendet, ist die
Wertung der Serie eines Bootes gleich der Summe aller
Wertungen.
11.2. Werden 5 oder mehr gültige Wettfahrten gesegelt, wird
die schlechteste Wertung gestrichen.
6.5.
Parents must sign the declaration for minor participants.
This parental consent form has to be presented at registration. Additionally a copy of parents ID is necessary.
11. Scoring
11.1. When 4 or fewer races are completed the boats series
score will be the total of her race scores.

There is one discard if 5 or more races are completed.

Nur 470er: Die letzte Wettfahrt wird als Finalwettfahrt
(Medalrace) der 10 wertungsbesten Mannschaften
gesegelt. Das Ergebnis des Medalrace wird doppelt
gewertet und kann nicht gestrichen werden. Die Teilnehmer und Startzeit des Finalrennens werden spätestens am
11.07.2015 um 19.00 Uhr durch Aushang bekanntgegeben. Besteht ein Punktegleichstand in der Gesamtwertung zwischen Booten nach der Finalwettfahrt, wird er
zugunsten des Bootes mit dem besseren Ergebnis der
Finalwettfahrt aufgelöst. Dies ändert WR Anhang A8.
Nur Deutsche Meisterschaften: Wertung entsprechend
MO 10 und 11. Kann keine Finalwettfahrt gesegelt werden
ergibt sich die Gesamtwertung aus den vorher gesegelten
Qualifikationswettfahrten.
11.3. Only 470er class: The top ten finishers in the qualifying
series will advance to the medal races. In medal races, a
boat´s score shall be double the number of points and the
score for that race shall not be excluded. The participating
boats of the final races and the starting time of the medal
races will be announced at the notice board no later than
July 11th. 2015 - 07:00 p.m.. Ties in the series score
between boats with different medal race point scores
shall be broken in favour of the boat that scored better in
the medal race. This changes RRS Appendix A8.
11.4. Only German Championships: According to MO 10 and 11.
If no medal race can be sailed the score of the qualifying
series will be the final score.
12. Trainer- und Begleitboote
12.1. Coachboote müssen sich über das Onlinemeldeportal bis
zum Meldeschluss anmelden und die Hafengebühr bezahlen (Meldegebühr – bis 20.06.2015: 35 €, bei späterer
Anmeldung 50 €)
12.2. Jedem registrierten Motorboot wird bei der Anmeldung
eine eindeutige Nummer zugeteilt. Diese muss sichtbar
angebracht werden.
12.3. Die Motorboote dürfen ausschließlich auf den ihnen
zugewiesenen Liegeplätzen liegen.
12.4. Die Veranstalter weisen darauf hin, dass Führer von
Schlauch- oder sonstigen Motorbooten den Sportbootfüherschein See - bei Ausländern den entsprechenden
Führerschein ihres Heimatstaates - besitzen müssen.
12.5. Die gesetzliche Höchstgeschwindigkeit auf der Warnow
beginnend zwischen den Molenköpfen beträgt 6 kn. In
den Häfen und im Alten Strom gilt eine Höchstgeschwindigkeit von 3 kn.
12.6. Trainer- und Begleitboote haben den Anweisungen des
Hafenmeisters, der Wettfahrtleitung und der Jury Folge zu
leisten.
12. Support boats
12.1. Coach boats shall be entered by internet until entry
closing date and pay a harbour fee (entry fee up to
2015 June 20th: 35 € per boat, later entry 50 €).
13. Restriktionen zum “Aus dem Wasser holen”
Kielboote dürfen während der Veranstaltung nicht aus
dem Wasser geholt werden, außer es liegt eine schriftliche Erlaubnis der Wettfahrtleitung vor.
13. Haul-out restrictions
Keel boats shall not be hauled out during the regatta
except with and according to the terms of prior written
permission of the Race Committee.

15. Funkverbindung
Wenn sich ein Boot in einer Wettfahrt befindet, darf es
keine Funkübertragungen durchführen und auch keine
Funksprüche empfangen, die nicht auch alle anderen
Boote empfangen können. Dies betrifft auch Mobiltelefone.
15. Radio communication
A boat shall neither use radio transmission while racing
nor receive radio communication not available to all
boats. This restriction also applies to mobile phones.
16. Preise
16.1. Nur Deutsche Meisterschaften: Der DSV gibt Preise
(Medaillen) für die ersten drei Plätze und Ehrenurkunden
für die ersten sechs Plätze, jeweils in der Gesamtwertung
und in der U17-Wertung der IDJM. Es werden Titel
vergeben, in Übereinstimmung mit MO 15.3.
16.2. Für die ersten drei Plätze einer jeden Klasse werden
Ehrenpreise vergeben. Zusätzlich werden Sachpreise
vergeben.
16.3. Die Plätze 1-6 erhalten Ehrenurkunden.
16. Prizes
16.1. Only German Championships: The German Sailing Federation awards prizes (medals) for the first three places and
certificates of honour for the first six places respectively in
the overall standings and in the Under-17 rating IDJM.
It will be awarded titles, according to MO 15.3.
16.2. The best three boats of each class will be awarded prizes
of honour. Additionally gifts will be donated by the organizer.
16.3. Charters of honour will be awarded to the best six scored
boats of each class.

A unique registration number will be assigned to each
support boat. Support boats shall present their registration
number clearly visible.
Support boats are to be moored only in the allocated
berths in the marinas.
The organizer wishes to inform you that all helmsmen of
dinghies or other motorboats have to hold the appropriate
German licence - e.g. international certificate for pleasure
boats off shore – foreign participants shall hold the
adequate licence of their home country.
The civil speed on the Warnow river (beginning with the
heads of the two moles) is limited to 6 kts. Within the
harbours and on the river Alter Strom the civil speed is
restricted to 3kts.
All drivers of support boats have to follow any instructions
given by the Harbourmaster, Race Committee or the Jury.

back those trophies to the organizer until June 1st of the

Prizes which are not claimed during the prize giving
ceremony will be collected by the organizer.
17. Haftungsausschluss
17.1. Die Verantwortung für die Entscheidung eines Bootsführers, an einer Wettfahrt teilzunehmen oder sie fortzusetzen, liegt allein bei ihm, er übernimmt insoweit auch die
Verantwortung für seine Mannschaft. Der Bootsführer ist
für die Eignung und das richtige seemännische Verhalten
seiner Crew sowie für die Eignung und den verkehrssicheren Zustand des gemeldeten Bootes verantwortlich. Der
Veranstalter ist berechtigt, in Fällen höherer Gewalt oder
aufgrund behördlicher Anordnungen oder aus Sicherheitsgründen, Änderungen in der Durchführung der Veranstaltung vorzunehmen oder die Veranstaltung abzusagen. In
diesen Fällen besteht keine Schadensersatzverpflichtung
des Veranstalters gegenüber dem Teilnehmer. Eine
Haftung des Veranstalters, gleich aus welchem Rechtsgrund, für Sach- und Vermögensschäden jeder Art und
deren Folgen, die dem Teilnehmer während oder im
Zusammenhang mit der Teilnahme an der Veranstaltung
durch ein Verhalten des Veranstalters, seiner Vertreter,
Erfüllungsgehilfen oder Beauftragten entstehen, ist bei
der Verletzung von Pflichten, die nicht Haupt-/bzw.
vertragswesentliche Pflichten (Kardinalpflichten) sind,
beschränkt auf Schäden, die vorsätzlich oder grob fahrlässig verursacht wurden. Bei der Verletzung von Kardinalpflichten ist die Haftung des Veranstalters in Fällen
einfacher Fahrlässigkeit beschränkt auf vorhersehbare,
typischerweise eintretende Schäden. Soweit die
Schadensersatzhaftung des Veranstalters ausgeschlossen
oder eingeschränkt ist, befreit der Teilnehmer von der
persönlichen Schadenersatzhaftung auch die Angestellten
– Arbeitnehmer und Mitarbeiter – Vertreter Erfüllungsgehilfen, Sponsoren und Personen, die Schlepp-,
Sicherungs-, oder Bergungsfahrzeuge bereitstellen, führen
oder bei deren Einsatz behilflich sind, sowie auch alle
anderen Personen, denen im Zusammenhang mit der
Durchführung der Veranstaltung ein Auftrag erteilt worden
ist. Die gültigen Wettfahrtregeln der ISAF, die Klassenvorschriften sowie die Vorschriften der Ausschreibung und
Segelanweisung sind einzuhalten und werden ausdrücklich anerkannt.”
17.2. Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland.
17. Disclaimer of liability
17.1. The responsibility for the decision of the person in charge
to participate in a race or to continue with it is solely with
him, to that extent he also takes the responsibility for his
crew. The skipper is responsible for the qualification and
the correct nautical conduct of his crew as well as for the
suitability and the transport-safe condition of the registered boat. In cases of Force Majeure or on grounds of
administrative orders or for safety reasons the organizer is
entitled to make changes in the realisation of the event or
to cancel the event. In these cases there does not exist
any liability for compensation of the organizer to the
participant. In case of a violation of obligations that do not
constitute primary respectively material contractual duties
(cardinal obligations), the liability of the organizer, no
matter because of which cause in law, for material and
property damages of all kinds and their consequences that
arise to the participant during or in connection with the
participation in the event resulting from a conduct of the
organizer, his representatives, servants or agents, is
restricted to damages that were caused wilfully or grossly
negligent. When a violation of cardinal obligations occurs,
in cases of simple negligence the liability of the organizer
is limited to foreseeable, typically occurring damages. To
the extent that the liability for damages of the organizer
is excluded or restricted, the participant also relieves the
staff – employees and representatives, agents, servants,
sponsors and individuals who provide or drive salvage,
safety or rescue vessels or assist with their use - from the
individual liability for damages, as well as also all other
individuals who were instructed to act in connection with
the realisation of the event. The effective racing rules of
the ISAF, the class rules as well as the regulations of the
Notice of Race and the Sailing Instructions are to be
complied with and are expressly recognised.
18. Versicherungsdeckung
Jedes teilnehmende Boot muss eine Haftpflichtversicherung, die auch bei Regatten gilt und die mindestens

18. Insurance
Each participating boat shall be insured with a valid (and
for the racing area suitable) casualty insurance with a
minimum coverage of 3.000.000,00 € per event or the
equivalent.
19. Urheber- und Bildrechte
Der (die) Teilnehmer(in) überlässt den Veranstaltern,
ihren Agenturen und Sponsoren entschädigungslos dauerhaft sämtliche Rechte an Foto- und Filmaufnahmen aller
Art von dieser Regatta und ihren Sportlern für die sportliche und kommerzielle Auswertung.
19. Copyright and digital copyright
Each participant automatically grants the organizer, their
agencies and the sponsors of this regatta the right in
perpetuity to use at their discretion any pictures taken
during the period of competition in which the competitor
participates without compensation.

2. RULES
2.1
The regatta will be governed by the Rules as defined in
the Racing Rules of Sailing 2013-2016.
2.2
No National Authority prescriptions will apply.
2.3
Rule 7 (a) of the Laser class rules is restricted as follows:
“Only one person shall be on board whilst racing. The
person shall be named on the entry form.”
2.4
Sails shall have the full sail number and national letters in
accordance with the Class Rules and RRS. The national
letters shall denote the National Authority of which the
sailor is a member in accordance with RRS 75.2 and with

G 1.1

Appendix P will apply, with some amendments specified

4. ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY
4.1
Only current fully paid members of the International Laser
Class Association and of an ISAF National Authority may
enter the Regatta These memberships shall be with the
Laser Fleet/District Association and with the ISAF National
Authority of the country, where the sailor normally sails,
even though such place may not be his permanent residence; however, such member, for any valid reason and
with the approval of both District Chairmen, may select
instead the Fleet/District and the ISAF National Authority
in which he has permanent residence in accordance with
the ILCA constitution article 10 (3) and ILCA rule part two
article 9. The sailor can only be member of one Laser
Fleet/District Association.
4.1.a Sailors must have a valid ISAF ID to enter a race. To register as an ISAF Sailor go to:
http://members.sailing.org/sailors/profile.php
The ISAF Sailor ID must be with the ISAF National Authority
of the country, where he is a member of the International
Laser Class Association as of 4.1
To avoid scoring errors, sailors should ensure to use only
one ISAF ID for all entered regattas of the series.
4.1.b The sailor will be scored as member of the District they
belong to and is normally reflected in his/her ISAF Sailor
ID as in 4.1.a.
4.1.c If a sailor is unable to present their ILCA or EurILCA membership card, he/she will be charged a fee of € 70 (payable in local currency), € 10 of which will be retained by
the collecting club, and € 10 will be retained by EurILCA to
cover administrative costs. € 50 will be passed on by
EurILCA to the sailor's district, which may refund it to the
sailor if he/she is already a current member, or may put it
towards that sailor's membership fee if he/she is not a
member.
4.2 Age Eligibility
4.2.a The Laser Standard Europa Cup is restricted to sailors who
are born in 1998 or earlier.
4.2.b The Laser Radial Europa Cup is restricted to sailors who are
born in 2000 or earlier.
4.2.c The Laser 4.7 Europa Cup is restricted to sailors who are
born in 2003 or earlier having his/her 12th birthday before the first day of the race. Boy sailors are not eligible if
born in 1997 or earlier.
4.2.d Proof of age can be required at registration.
5. ENTRY PROCEDURES
5.1
Entries will open 30 days before the first day of each race.
5.2
To enter a Europa Cup regatta a sailor needs to be registered at the EurILCA website. The entries will be collected
through the private area of each EurILCA registered member. See web page

5.3
Application of entries must be submitted until the entry
closing date as shown in table 1.1. Those dates may be
upgraded as you can see and check at
http://www.eurilca.org/index.php/regattas

Sailors who arrive at the venue intending to enter the
event without having previously registered and completed the electronic form on the website (item 5.2 above)
by the entry closing date, will not necessarily be accepted.
If the sailor is allowed to enter, they will be charged the
late entry fee.
Payment of entry fees are made on site, provided the
competitor has entered through the electronic system by
the entry closing date.
Any sailor who has not finalized the registration at the
secretary of the organizing yacht club, by the entry closing
time, will be removed from the list of sailors and will not
be scored at that event. This also applies to sailors who
have complied with all other entry requirements.
After the closure of the entries, crew substitution of the
registered sailor is not permitted.
6. SCHEDULE
6.1
There are two races a day for a 4 day racing series and
three races a day on the first two days of a 3 day series
with 2 races on the last day. Else if only 2 races a day are
scheduled, a third race may be sailed when in delay with
the program, with the agreement of the ILCA representative. Never a fourth race may be sailed in the same day, if
that happens, cannot be counted in the score.
6.2
The race committee may decide to split some or all of the
classes into groups where each class has more than 80
entries. This split is mandatory if the entries of a single
class are more than 85. A grouping system will be used
and the colours will be re-assigned every day as specified
in the sailing instructions.
6.3
If the fleet is split as per 6.2 above, and at least 4 races
were sailed, the last day the fleet will be divided in Gold
and Silver fleets ( and bronze and emerald if in case ) and
raced in “finals” format.
7. BOATS AND EQUIPMENT
7.1.
All competitors shall use only one hull, sail, mast, boom,
centreboard and rudder.
7.2.
Sails shall have the full sail number and NATIONAL LETTERS
in accordance with the Class Rules and the RRS. The national letters shall denote the National Authority of which
the sailor is a member in accordance with RRS 75.2 and
with the Notice of Race clause 4.1 Eligibility and Entry Regulations. This changes RRS Appendix G 1.1.
7.3.
Women competitors shall place a red diamond on each
side of their sail (back to back) in compliance with class
rule 4(g).
8. MEASUREMENTS
8.1
Boat and equipment may be inspected at any time for
compliance with the class rules, wet clothing rules and
sailing instructions at the discretion of, race committee
(including the class measurer and the class representative) or the international jury.
11. PROTESTS AND PENALTY SYSTEM
11.1
Decisions of the jury will be final as provided in rule 70.5.
11.2
Scoring penalties will be applied as specified in Sailing
instructions (SI 16).
11.3
To encourage boats to take penalties afloat, jury members
may blow a whistle when they see what they believe to
be a breach of a rule. If no boat takes a penalty, the jury
may lodge a protest.
12. SCORING
12.1
Competitors are divided and scored in the following categories:
• Laser Standard Rig: Overall, Under 21 (born 1995-96),
Boys Under 19 (born 1997-98),
• Laser Radial Rig Female: Overall, Girls Under 21 (born
1994-95), Girls Under 19 (born 1996-97), Girls Under
17 (born 1999-2000)
• Laser Radial Rig Male: Overall, Boys Under 19 (born
1997-98), Boys Under 17 (born 1999-2000),
• Laser 4.7 Rig Male: Boys Under 18 (born 1998-99),
Boys Under 16, (born 2000 – 2003)
• Laser 4.7 Rig Female: Women (born before 1998), Girls
Under 18 (born 1998-1999), Girls Under 16 (born 2000
– 2003).
The age categories are better shown in the following
table.
12.2 Scoring for series
12.2.a Scoring for series results in any of these classes, when
racing together (for example Radial M and F), shall be
made by extraction of the rank place from the overall
series results and rescored.
12.2.b Scoring for series results in any of these categories shall
be made by extraction from the overall series results
without rescoring.
12.3 The individual regattas
For all classes, 2 races (completed by all groups) are
required to constitute a series. When only one race is
sailed, the regatta will be counted for the Europa Cup
Trophy, but the score point generating from the final
result will be calculated with a one step downgraded
Grade factor (F).
12.4 The Europa Cup Trophy and Europa Cup Series
12.4.a The single event score will be collected and scored in the
EurILCA ranking list, therefore the final position in the
results list will be a part of a formula constituting the final
score. Ranking Points (P) are calculated using the following method.
P = R x Q x QT x YWF x F

QT = Quantity Factor (max value 1.5)
YWF = Year Weighting Factor (max value 1.5)
F = Event Grading Multiplier (3 or 3.3) – see item 1.1

9. SAILING INSTRUCTIONS
9.1
The approved Sailing instructions for the Laser Europa Cup
2015 will be posted on the Official Notice Board and the
EurILCA website. Sailing Instructions will be available from
the on-site Race Office on the day before the start of each
regatta.
Every calculated point (P) will be rounded up 1/1000.
10. THE COURSES
Trapezoid courses will be used with inner and outer loops
and an upwind finish.

12.4.b The Europa Cup Trophy
12.4.b.1 Will include all the events of Europa Cup, the Euromaster
series events, the European championships, each District championship, the major regattas of each district.
12.4.b.2 The overall score will add the seven highest values of P
over the last two years to determine the competitor's
total ranking score. No more than the 4 best values of P
over the last two years, related to the Europa Cup Races,
will be counted.
17.2
12.4.c The Europa Cup Trophy for Clubs
The sum of the overall scores (as per item 12.4 c) of the
best 3 scored sailors of each Sailing Club will constitute the
sailing club score. It will be made counting the best 3 independently from the fleet and per each single fleet
(Standard, Radial F, Radial M, Laser 4.7 M and Laser 4.7 F)
18. INSURANCE
18.1
Each participating boat shall be insured with valid thirdparty liability insurance with a minimum cover of
1.000.000 € per event or the equivalent.
18.2
Each competitor is wholly and exclusively responsible for
third party liability insurance on the boat that he or she is
sailing and for his or her personal accident and health
insurance.
18.3
Each competitor is wholly and exclusively responsible to
maintain his boat in a safe and seaworthy condition
checking it before go afloat.
12.4.d The Europa Cup Series rank
That Rank will include only the Europa Cup series regattas.
It will start with the first Europa Cup regatta of the year
and will end with the last one. The score will be made by
adding the best 3 scores collected by a sailor during the
year.
12.4.e The EurILCA Ranking list, including the Europa Cup Trophy
will be available at www.eurilca.org.
17.3
The establishment of the Notice of Race and the Sailing
Instructions in no way limits or reduces the complete and
unlimited responsibilities of a competitor being solely and
entirely responsible for the management of a boat he or
she is sailing.
A competitor must be of good health and a competent
sailor capable of sailing a Laser in strong winds. It is the
responsibility of each sailor to decide to participate in a
race, to continue racing.
19. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
19.1
Additional information will be notified either from the
EurILCA or from individual organising clubs.

13.1
INDIVIDUAL REGATTA
13.1.a Prizes for each regatta will be awarded in conformity of
the categories listed as at item 12.1 above
13.2
EUROPA CUP SERIES
13.2.a EurILCA prizes (crystal cubes) will be awarded to at the
first 3 places in each category noted in item 12 above
subject to ILCA Honour Awards By Law.
20. CHANGES TO THE NOTICE OF RACE
20.1
This Notice of Race may be subject to amendments which
will be identified in the Notice of Race and noted on the
Eurilca website.
14. SAFETY
14.1
Competitors shall wear personal flotation devices at all
times when afloat, except briefly when changing or adjusting clothing or personal equipment. Wet suits and dry
suits are not personal flotation devices. This changes rule

14.2
Each event may introduce a Check-in and Check-out system, which will be detailed in the Sailing Instructions for
each relevant event.
15. TEAM AND SUPPORT BOATS
15.1
Team and support boats shall, at all times when afloat, be
conspicuously identified by the country name, national
letters or national flag of the team they represent.
16. RIGHTS TO USE NAME AND LIKENESS
16.1
By participating in this event, competitors automatically
grant to the organizing authority and the event sponsors
the right, in perpetuity, to make, use, and show at their
discretion, any photographs, audio and video recordings,
and other reproductions of them made at the venue or on
the water from the time of their arrival at the venue, until
their final departure, without compensation.
17. LIABILITY
17.1
The sailing clubs, national authorities and the International Laser Class Association, their officers, members and
volunteers do not accept liability for loss of life or property, personal injury or damage caused by, or arising out of,
the Europa Cup regattas, and competitors take part in the
regattas entirely at their own risk.

Bis Meldeschluss am 20. Juni 2015 ist pro Boot eine Hafengebühr in Höhe von 35,00 € zu entrichten, ab dem 20. Juni 2015 fallen 50,00 € Gebühr pro Boot an. Die
Bezahlung erfolgt in bar bei der Anmeldung im Regattabüro. Der Veranstalter behält sich vor, Registrierungen zurückzuweisen und spätere Registrierungen nach
eigener Einschätzung zuzulassen. Alle Trainer- und Begleitboote haben die geltenden gesetzlichen Bestimmungen und Auflagen sowie die Coachbootregelungen der
Veranstaltung zu erfüllen.
Until the entry closing date of 20 June 2015 each boat shall pay a harbour fee of 35,00 € (late entry fee apart from 20 June 2015: 50,00 € ). The fee has to be paid
cash at race office during registration. The Organizing Authority may refuse registrations and accept later registrations at their sole discretion. All coach and support
boats will be required to comply with local legislation and event support boat regulations.
