The Deer Park beyond, on the western slopes of the Malvern Hills, is a Site of Special Scientific Interest within the local Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The Kitchen Café The old kitchen is now our licensed café serving delicious snacks, homemade hot & cold lunches and afternoon teas. The Castle is 2.5 miles east of Ledbury on the A438 Tewkesbury road. Alternatively, leave the M50 at junction 2 and from Ledbury take the A449/A438 to Eastnor. There are 14 steps from this level into the main ground floor rooms. We have a wheelchair stair climber and access to all the main rooms on this floor is very easy. Access to the first floor bedrooms is via a vertical platform lift. We also offer an excellent DVD tour of the upstairs rooms on a TV in the Staircase Hall on the main floor. The grounds are quite hilly, and although access to the terraces overlooking the lake is possible, it is not possible to access the arboretum and lakeside with a wheelchair.
