We send you these kinds of newsletters four times a year together with the network invoice. New suppliers in our network We can now announce the arrival of new suppliers in our fiber network: • Ownit, new broadband provider. • Telia, can now deliver IP-telephony. • ComHem, new TV provider. You find all suppliers on www.almhult.qmarket.se. E-invoice – soon a reality 2/2016 July We can now offer direct debit – as a step to get your bill as an e-invoice. With direct debit payment your network charge will happen automatically. To get your e-invoice on direct debit send in the form that you find on your online banking. We estimate that e-invoice will be introduced in the autumn. More information about when and how to proceed is updated on www.elmnet.se. We want your email address... Although the fiber cable is reliable and immune to electronic interference, it can be interrupted for various reasons. Below you will find information about what to do in case of any incidents and disturbances with your fiber connection. Problems with your service If your connection does not work, start to reboot all the equipment by: 1. Unplug the router so that it is de-energized. 2. Disconnect the power adapter from the electrical outlet and allow the fiber box to be without power for about 15 minutes. 3. When the fiber box restarts, connect it directly to your computer with a network cable. 4. If the problem persists, contact your service provider. Write down your provider numbers so it is easy to reach in case of fault. Questions? You are always welcome to contact us if you have any further questions or concerns. The service provider then does a check out and possibly a technician might come home to you to check the equipment. 6. If the service provider determines that the fault is not with them, you should request that they leave the matter to our communication operator Zitius.
