Venue Information
Nestled in the Distillery Historic District Arta Gallery is a unique
and intriguing venue space. The gallery is visually seductive and
remarkably flexible; suitable for a multitude of events. Arta Gallery
holds 200 people for a stand up licensed event, to a maximum of
130 people for a seated dinner, in an inviting atmosphere.
Additional Event Information
Special Occasion Permit “SOP” is the responsibility of the
licensee and obtained from the LCBO Queens Quay Vintage
location. There is no Corkage Fee!

RENTAL
PACKAGE
Décor-No irreversible alternations can be made to the venue i.e.:
puncturing/taping the walls. Candles are allowed but must be in
self contained holders.
Security – All LCBO licensed events must be accompanied with
licensed security, through our exclusive supplier, Neptune
Security.
Licensee is obligated to select from the Distillery Historic
Districts preferred list of caterers and suppliers. The list of
preferred caterers and suppliers is attached.
Venue Rental
Rates start at $800.
Our rental rates vary based on your event details. Please contact us
for an appropriate rate card and availability.

flower pedestals
portable tables
track lighting on dimmers throughout the space
public parking available on site
wheel chair accessible
large men’s and women’s washrooms
candle light set up
AV system, wireless microphone
contemporary Canadian and international art on gallery walls
bar area
furniture; sofa and Bracelona chair
no corkage fee
projector and large wide, white wall for screening purposes
