Exhibitor Entrances
The Exhibitor Entrances are located along the rear of the building.
Exhibitor Parking
All vehicle parking is on hard-top surtace.
All parking is at your own risk. Show-giving Club assumes no responsibility or liability for damages
or loss to any vehicle, its contents or dogs .
Fire lanes must be kept open at all times and will be under constant surveillance. Unauthorized
or illegally parked vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.
Co-operation with all parking personnel including following instructions and directions is required .
Failure to do so may result in the withdrawal of your parking privileges on the grounds for the
show.
HANDICAP PARKING
Limited handicap parking will be available only upon proof of valid placard or license. These spaces
will provide easy access to the buifding.
BUILDING ACCESS HOURS
Thursday, March 24, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. There will be security provided and the building will be
locked at 11 :00 P.M. on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings and reopened at 6:00 A.M.
each morning. Dogs must be removed by 7:00 P.M. Sunday, March 27, 20 16.
UNLOADING
Unloading will be allowed only in designated areas.
CANINE COURTESY
All dogs shall be kept under control at all times! Please no Flexi leads on Show Grounds.
YOU are responsible for picking up after the animals in your care.
PLEASE EXERCISE DOGS IN DESIGNATED AREAS ONLY.
ALL regulations will be enforced by the Grounds Committee.
CRATE & GROOMING AREA
Exhibitors are responsible for keeping their grooming area clean, including at the close of the
weekend. Anyone not cleaning up after themselves in the grooming area will be subject to a
BENCH SHOW HEARING.
All crates, grooming tables and other equipment must be brought into the building through the
EXHIBITORS· ENTRANCE.
An area will be provided for crates and grooming. CRATES MUST BE STACKED. The grooming
of dogs in areas other than the Crate or Grooming Section is prohibited.
Crates & Grooming Tables are permitted in designated areas only.
NO SOFT-SIDED CRATES will be permitted.
Due to the number of cr ates and grooming tables, chairs will not be permitted in the
handlers' section.
NO PRIVATE EXERCISE PENS OR LARGE RUGS ARE PERMITTED IN THE EXPO BUILDING.
All trash and litter must be placed in containers provided.
NO DOGS WILL BE PERMITTED IN THE RESTROOMS.
Disposal of grooming residue (fur, etc) in the restrooms is PROHIBITED.
Food for exhibitors and spectators will be available.
Admission: Each Day - $8.00 Adults; $6.00 Senior Citizens; $2.00 for Children under 10 years.
NOTICE: FOR SAFETY REASONS, NO BABY STROLLERS ARE ALLOWED INSIDE THE
BUILDING.

NO SMOKING IN THE BUILDING. ANYONE WHO SMOKES IN THE BUILDING WILL BE ASKED
TO LEAVE.
NO DOGS ALLOWED IN BUILDING SUNDAY NIGHT. DOGS CAN BE LEFT IN THE BUILDING
OVERNIGHT ON THURSDAY , FRIDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHTS ONLY.
No Campe r Hookups. RV Parking in designated areas only.
Parents must be responsible for their children at all times.
There will be a $30.00 charge for checks not honored by payor's bank.

DIRECTIONS TO TIlE SHOW SITE
Fro m Route 1 Southbound - Take Route 1 Exit. Exit onto Main Street and go 1/4 mile to the traffic light onto
Route 514 East (Woodbridge Avenue). Turn right at the Shera ton Hotel into Raritan Center. Follow the
signs to the ElCpo Center.
From Route 1 Northbound - After c rossing the Rarilan River Bridge, get inlo the righl lane. After passing
"Open Round Honda" take lhe third right hand exit onto Route 514 East (Woodbridge Avenue). Follow
Woodbridge Avenue for 3 to 4 miles. Make a right at the Sheraton Hotel into Raritan Center. Follow the
signs to the Expo Cenler.
From Route 1-287 South - Follow Route 1-287 South to the Bonhamtown ONLY, Route 514 West Exit. (This
exit is just after the NJ Turnpike Exit). Follow Route 514 West to the first exit ramp marked Raritan Center.
Follow the signs to the Expo Center.
From the NJ Turnpike - Follow the NJ Turnpike to Exi11Q. Pay the tOll, to the right, follow Route 514 West
to Raritan Center. Take the first exit marked Raritan Center and follow the signs to the Expo Center.
From the Garden State Parkway Southbound - Follow the Parkway to Exit 129. Take Route 1-287 North
to Route 514 West 10 the first exit marked Raritan Center and follow the signs to the Expo Center.
From the Garden State Parkway Northbound - Followthe Parkway to Exit 127. Take Aoute 1·287 North/440

tumpike to Exi1 10. Pay the tOll, to Ihe right, follow Route 514 West to Raritan Center. Take the first exit
marked Raritan Center and follow the signs to the Expo Center.
From Staten Island - Take the Outerbridge Crossing (Route 440) to Route 1-287 North. Follow Roule 1-287
North 10 Route 514 West. Follow 514 West to the first exit marked Raritan Center and follow the signs
to the Expo Cenler.

NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS
ENTRY FEE: $3 1.00 for first entry of each dog except Puppy Classes (6·9 and g... 12 mas) which are $27.00
and 12-18 Month and Bred·by-Exhibitor Classes which are $29.00 (including SOe AKC recording fee &
$3.00 AKC Event Service Fee) for each event and $20.00 for each additional entry of the same dog for
each event.
CLOSING DATE for entries 12:00 NOON, Wednesday, March 9, 2016 (at Show Superintedent's Office) after
which entries cannot be accepted, cancelled or substituted except as provided for in Chapter 11, Section
6 of the Dog Show Rules.
THE SHOW will be open from 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
An AKC RECORDING FEE OF 50e and an AKC Event Service Fee of $3.00 will be required for each dog
entered at any Licensed or Member Club Show, Obedience Trial or Tracking Test. If a dog is entered in
more than one class in one of these events, the AKC Recording Fee and Service Fee is to be collected
on the first entry only. (AKC Rules Applying to Dog Shows, Chapter 11 , Section 2). All Recording Fees
are paid to the American Kennel Club.
RETURNED CHECKS do not constitute a valid entry fee . The Superintendent will add a $20.00 collection
fee to the amount of each returned check. Subsequent re turned checks from the same exhibitors may
result in their being put on a CASH ONLY basis.
TELEGRAPH, TELEPHONE and UNSIGNED ENTRIES CANNOT BE ACCEPTED.
ENTRIES NOT ON OFFICIALAKC ENTRY FORMS AND PHOTOCOPIES OF ENTRY FORMS without the
Agreement and Rules on the reverse side of the Official AKC Entry Form are NOT ACCEPTABLE.

ENTRIES RECEIVED WITHOUT FEES will not be accepted .
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ENTRIES will be made as soon as practicable with tickets and/or identification
cards. The person accompanying a dog must show tickets of admission and identification before the dog
wil1 be received. SHOULD SUCH ACKNOWLEDGEMENT NOT BE RECEIVED BY THE EXHIBITOR
within a reasonable time, please notify The Show Superintendent at (610) 376-1880.
MAKE ALL CHECKS AND MONEY ORDERS PAYABLE TO J.R.D.S. ltd. Please mail checks or money
orders with entries. Show Secretary assumes no responsibility for cash sent through the mail.
CANADIAN EXHIBITORS make fees payable in U.S . FUNDS.
NO ENTRY SHALL BE MADE AND NO ENTRY SHALL BE ACCEPTED WHICH SPECIFIES ANY
CONDITIONS AS TO ITS ACCEPTANCE.
ENTRY FEES shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by Veterinarian
or Judge, or barred from competition by action of Show Committee . If because of riots, civil disturbances
or other acts beyond the control of the management it is impossible to open or to complete the show, no
refund of entry fee will be made .
ERRORS ON ENTRY BLANKS. Owners are responsible for errors in making out entry forms, whoever may
make such errors, and no entry fee will be refunded in event of such errors or cancellation of entries after
the published closing date.
NO REFUND FOR DUPLICATE ENTRtES. We will make every effort to find all duplicate entries, but if a dog
has been processed, no refund will be made .
CONSULT JUDGING PROGRAM FOR TIME OF JUDGING.
DOGS MAY ARRIVE any time prior to their scheduled time of judging. DOGS NOT REQUIRED for furth er
judging will be excused.
JUDGES WILL NOT WAIT FOR ANY DOG HOLDING UP A CLASS. Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring when their classes are called to be judged.
The show-giving club and the Show Secretary have no obligation or responsibility for providing service
through a public address system or stewards or runners for the purpose of calling or locating dogs that
are not brought into the ring when required.
ALL DOGS PRESENT must be held on leash or confined to their crates except when being judged or when
in the exercising ring.
CLASS CASH PRIZES will be paid in the ring to the person showing the dog. Claims for prize money must
be made in the ring before the judging of that breed is over, and the show Secretary to be advised at once.
The Show Secretary and Show-giving Club may disclaim any liability for cash prizes after the judging of
the breed is over.
EXHIBITORS AND HANDLERS will be responsible for clean conditions in and around their crates and
grooming area.
An administrative fee of $2.00 will be withheld from all refunds for entries cancelled prior to the closing of
entries.
