Jamie received her M.S. in Nutritional Science from the University of Hawaii and an B.S. in Clinical Nutrition from the University of North Carolina‐Greensboro. She maintains her cutting‐edge knowledge and expertise through credential‐required continuing professional education. Certified Professional of Food Safety (CP‐FS)
Expertise in food safety, food protection and HACCP consultation; training to foodservice operations; manager certification and HACCP courses; professional group seminars. Jamie is a 2010 graduate of USDA’s Produce Safety University.
