In 2000, ten community members recognized that, like most
health care organizations, HRHCare needed philanthropic
resources to sustain current activities and growth. Thus, the
Foundation formally incorporated in 2002, with the mission
of cultivating philanthropic relationships to raise charitable
dollars and to raise community awareness to enhance the
ability of HRHCare to increase access for people in need of
comprehensive, quality primary and preventive care.
Your gift and involvement allows us to constantly build on
our commitment to addressing the complex needs of our
most vulnerable community members through innovation,
evidenced-based programs and the careful training of our
compassionate staff.
