Villa is gelegen op een plek in het midden van de Toscaanse heuvels net buiten een klein dorpje Pozzo della Chiana. Het

10 m in afstand. Het bestaat uit: het hoofdgebouw (Villa) en een bijgebouw (Casina). Een mooi zwembad met ligstoelen en
een mooi uitzicht over het landschap. Het zwembad is 16 meter lang omringd door een muur en een zonneterras. Over het
zwembad loopt een brug die het bad in tween deelt (diep en ondiep gedeelte). In de schaduw van de pijnbomen ligt de buiten
grill en grote pizza oven. Toscane is ook bekend om zijn biefstukken van de witte chianina koe en natuurlijk om zijn rode wijn.
Ook vindt u in de tuin veel kruiden die worden gebruikt in de italiaanse keuken.
