Brrhhh! Remember, I have several wheat bags for any students who might be feeling the chill of the oncoming winter months— NB: students: two minutes in the microwave for toastie toes in bed. With the drop in temperature, it would also be appreciated if home stay families could check to make sure their students are warm enough in their bedrooms and beds. Attached to this edition is an updated home stay list which shows students local addresses for your information. Thank you! During our orientation process we endeavour to find out what interests the students have so we can encourage them to get involved and become an active member of the school during their stay. We have found that the connections the students make with our students give them a valuable and rewarding experience. An extensive range of sporting and cultural opportunities are also provided out of school and where possible, we can help the student make the initial contact with a particular club or organisation. Please contact Donna Henderson if you have any queries.
