Dear Parents,
Attached you will find a packet of preliminary information regarding next year’s auction. As
you can tell, we are excited to be hosting a western theme. Look forward to many surprises
and entertainments! For now, here is what we need from you.
 Take a look at the wish list...any items donated during this month will help to credit you
for your service hour commitment for this school year.
 Think of people you may know; family members, friends, co-workers. Do they own a
business that can donate items? Are they interested in advertising by being a sponsor?
 Contact your employer. Ask about their policy regarding charitable donations. Many
businesses and corporations allow their employees to request sponsorships. Provide
the attached letter and flier for their records.
 Thousands of companies match their employees’ gifts. Whether it’s this spring or next
fall during the auction, turn in your charitable donation receipt!! These companies
