The 8th annual WIRED Café was an action-packed event
with over 1,000+ VIPs, celebs, press, and guests in attendance.
Within 45 minutes of opening the doors, the invitation only
all-day party reached maximum capacity. This year’s event
featured an up close and personal VR experience with
Catatonic, a dedicated selfie-booth to capture the moment,
custom cocktails, and tasty bites alongside a host of activities
and demos from WIRED partners.
Red-hot celebs like M. Night Shyamalan, Eli Roth, Jake
McDorman and Rupert Friend, amongst others, stopped by to
enjoy the food, drinks, and goings-on. WIRED.com was on site
interviewing celebs and covering the convention while media
outlets such as BuzzFeed, The Hollywood Reporter, US Weekly,
and Variety were in attendance to capture it all.
