WHO WE ARE
About COINED
We were born
In 1971, we began organizing bilateral exchange programs between German and
Argentinean high school students. As time went by, we introduced innovations in the
intercultural exchange offer and, years later, we founded the first school for teaching
Spanish as a foreign language, the second spoken language in the world.
We expanded
We added new programs and destinations. At the same time, we designed tailor-made
programs for all ages and interests, as well as work experience programs: Volunteer and
Internship in Latin America. Nowadays, COINED promotes intercultural experiences in
more than 50 cities all over Latin America.
We became stronger
We have strengthened our organization by growing profesionally, improving the facilities
of the cultural centers and consolidating associations with top organizations worldwide.
We became global
We are a global leading organization in Latin America in the field of studying abroad. We
are passionate for what we do and our mission is to give life-changing experiences. With
this in mind, we offer experiences abroad in Education, Language and Work Experience
areas. All the programs involve full immersion in the local culture.
We became the best
We have been the most nominated Spanish Language School since 2010, and awarded
as the best “Spanish Language School” in 2014.
