The following activities listed are for older teens (18+) and adults. Please check off the activities that you are interested in
attending. Space is limited to 10-12 people or unless noted otherwise.

PLEASE NOTE: If you send in money for an activity and you are on the waiting list, and do not receive a call to fill a
spot, you have the option of requesting your money back or putting towards another activity in another month. Please
make note of this to me in next registration.
IMPORTANT: Any activity that requires a ticket to be purchased in advance, needs money sent in with registration –
also if you have been confirmed to attend and you are unable to do so, or don’t show up, we can not refund your money
and tickets are non-refundable.

PORT STANLEY – Meet at 190 Adelaide at 5pm to 9. We are heading to Port Stanley
to enjoy Mackie’s Dinner, dip our toes in the water and hit Shaws Ice Cream on the way
home. Cost is approx. $20-$25.
WWE LIVE - The Shield, Christian Bray Wyatt and The Wyatt Family and many
More!! Meet at the front entrance to the Covent Garden Market at 7pm- til approx.
10pm. Cost is $17.50 Please send in with registration.
POW WOW – Meet at 190 Adelaide St at 9am for a ride to Thorndale for a Pow
Wow. Cost is $10. Please pack a lunch to enjoy. We will be back around 1pm.
DELAWARE SPEEDWAY – Meet at 190 Adelaide St at 6:30 to 10pm to head to
Delaware for some car racing. Cost is $18. Extra money needed to purchase snacks.
VIDEO GAME TRUCK! Come join us at 190 Adelaide Parking Lot. We have a
large Video Game Truck coming so you can play a lot of games! Many different game
systems available – Xbox, Wii, Nintendo etc. Meet 7-9pm. Cost is $15 to play for 2 hrs.
TWIST AND SHOUT THE BRITISH INVASION – BEATLES TRIBUTE! – Meet
at 190 Adelaide at 11:30am to 6:30pm for a ride to GRAND BEND Theatre. Please
pack a lunch to have when we arrive.Cost is $45. Please send in $ with registration.
BINGEMANS WATER PARK – Meet at 190 Adelaide at 4pm for a ride to
Kitchener. We will enjoy some water slides. Return home approx. 9-9:30pm. Cost is
$20 plus additional money for snacks/dinner.
BOWLING at FLEETWAY – Meet at Fleetway at 6:30-8pm. Cost is $4 for 1 game
and $7 for 2 games. Volunteers/staff needed to assist with lanes.
OPEN MIC with BETHANY (Karaoke) at 190 Adelaide St 7-8:30pm – Come sing
some of your favourite songs. Cost is $7, please bring a small snack to share to serve
EAST PARK PICK 3 – Join us at East Park for an evening of golf, batting cages,
rock climbing and more. You get to pick 3 options. Meet at the clubhouse at 6:30 –
8:30pm. Cost is $22 approx.
GOLF AT PARKSIDE 9 – Come give your swing a whirl. We are going to play a
round of 9 holes at London’s Accessible Golf Course. Meet at the clubhouse at 6pm
to approx. 8:30pm. Cost is $20 approx.
ELVIS TRIBUTE AND CELEBRATION OF HIS DEATH – BBQ and a live Elvis
Impersonator. Please meet at 190 Adelaide St. 12-3pm Cost is $15, please send in with
registration in order to purchase food and supplies. Bring along your camera.
BOWLING at FLEETWAY at 6:30-8pm. Cost is $4 for 1 game and $7 for 2 games
Please bring your money that night to pay. Volunteers/staff needed to assist with
END OF SUMMER POTLUCK BBQ and OPEN MIC at 190 Adelaide St. 5-8pm
Cost is $10 and a salad or dessert. You choose whether to bring a salad or dessert.
ICE CREAM SOCIAL – Come join us at 6:30–8pm at 190 Adelaide St. Various
kinds of ice cream and many toppings available for you to create a wonderful Sundae.
Bring along your sweet tooth. Cost is $2.50 and can be brought that evening.

NOTE CHANGES TO REGISTRATION PROCESS AND OTHER IMPORTANT INFO
Monies to be sent in advance is noted on the line beside the activity, and the activity is noted below the line on
the registration form.
In addition to this note, I ask that you only send in the advance monies if it is asked to be sent in. All other
events that do not require pre-payment, please bring your money that day to the event.
Please remember to note in the payment line amount being sentin to eliminate confusion how much was paid.
Any event that is prepaid and you don’t show up, I WILL NOT be able to refund your money.
In an effort to make our events inclusive with the community, we will be limiting numbers to each event. This
will result in more requests being put on the waiting list. I appreciate your understanding in this effort.
I have noted a deadline date for registrations at the top of the registration sheet, please be mindful of this
deadline, and please note that registrations received after that deadline not be accepted.
Lastly, due to confusions in the past, registration for activities will not be accepted over the phone by leaving a
message. You MUST SEND IN REGISTRATION FORMS AND MONIES EITHER VIA EMAIL OR
MAILING IN/DROPPING OFF AT THE MAIN OFFICE. Please do not call in your registrations.
