The aim of HypnoBirthing antenatal classes is to enable parents to have
an easy and relaxed birth, and to assist expectant parents in making
informed choices to welcome the baby into this world by the gentlest
way possible.
Course fees include the HypnoBirthing book, 2 CDs, a workbook, positive
affirmation cards and support strategy cards.
Derived from the ancient Greek word meaning "a woman who serves",
the term doula is now used to refer to a trained and experienced
professional who provides continuous physical, emotional and
informational support to the mother before, during and just after birth;
or emotional and practical support during the postpartum period.
A doula is a birth coach who :
Works together with the parents prenatally to prepare them for the birth.
Works together with the doctor and hospital and accompanies the
parents during labor & birth.
Supports the parents emotionally and assists in prenatal & postnatal
aspects such as breastfeeding.
Need help with breastfeeding?
We arrange help for mothers after birth to ensure a good and positive
start to breastfeeding.
Studies have shown that when doulas attend birth, labors are shorter with
fewer complications, babies are healthier and they breastfeed more easily.

The objective of parenting classes is to prepare parents for their baby’s
first 6 weeks of life and thereafter.
There will be focus on breastfeeding, how to help your baby sleep healthily
and how to soothe a crying baby.
We will also discuss parenting styles, changing dynamics of the
relationship and postpartum care and changes.
This course includes a CD and a workbook.
