Dynamic Matrix Technology
The Dynamic Matrix of the DayStar EXP uses pixel sharing technology,
allowing you to maximize your display through virtual pixels. This technology
creates virtual pixels by sharing individual LEDs from adjacent pixels, resulting
in a virtual matrix that doubles the matrix height and width and increases the
resolution by 400%. Pixel sharing also increases the definition of the display–
an LED display with a 20mm pixel pitch has a virtual pixel pitch of 10mm.

The seamless, single-piece face of virtually unbreakable Makrolon SL®
covers both the sign graphics and LED display. This unitized construction
protects your sign from vandalism and weather intrusion.
The sign cabinet is also temperature controlled with fans to allow for
air circulation. By controlling the environment in the LED cabinet, the
longevity and dependability of your TekStar is ensured.
The TekStar LED sign offers several communication methods, including

Stewart signs are protected with an
industrial powder coat finish. This finish
ensures that any graffiti applied to the

Our sign faces are made of Makrolon SL®
polycarbonate, which means that your sign

Changing Your Message
Our stainless steel Glide and Lock ® support
system (when applicable) makes changing your
message quick, easy, and safe. Unlike outdated props or gas springs that
fail over time, our vandal covers will always glide and lock safely into place
at a 90° angle.
This convenient feature eliminates holding the vandal cover in place
manually while changing the message. As a result, the message on
