At the heart of any Zydeco-A-Go-Go song is the classic
zydeco sound of accordion and frattoir (rubboard)
augmented by saxophone, electric guitar, electric
bass and drums. Their performances feature lyrics
sung in English, Spanish, Cajun and Creole French,
set to a beat that keeps people dancing all night long.
Cajun 2-steps and Creole Zydeco blend with funky
New Orleans Rhythm & Blues into a spicy gumbo.
Gar-on-teed gonna be a wild & swingin’ pitch-a-wangdang-doodle-all-night-long bayou boogaloo!

Dan Dennison, of
Swedesboro, N.J.,
was self-employed
as an iron worker for
39 years. Recently,
Dan indulged his
long-time interest
in sculpture and
now creates art with found and recycled steel,
strongly believing “that one man’s trash is another
man’s treasure”. Dan, a self-taught artist, draws
on his background in wrought iron design to
develop his sculpture. This July, Dan’s recycled
steel sculptures will be on display at
Jigsaw Home Solutions .
