GAP GALS Ministry is a 501 (c)(3) non- profit organization. We are a group of passionate Christian women standing in the GAP to bring HOPE and REVIVAL to our communities. Women from local churches are united quarterly to be encouraged in their faith and share it with others. Our REVIVE Outreach event is the pinnacle of our ministry, providing an opportunity for women to find HOPE in Christ. We serve as a catalyst in the community by bridging new believers into one of our local partnering churches. REVIVE brings the community together through friends, churches, businesses and community leaders. Our first Revive took place in April 2012 and gathered over 1,000 women from the Inland Empire. One of the highlights of the evening was the sponsor/vendor fair which took place 2 hours before the main event. Many women enjoyed shopping and networking with their girlfriends before the event. It was a lucrative event for our sponsors and vendors. With her big hair, funky sweaters, and rosy cheeks, she winningly portrayed the trials of adolescence for all of America to see over eight seasons of the popular TV show, winning many accolades in the course of the show’s run, including Favorite Television Actress at the Kids’ Choice Awards. http://candacecameronbure.net Worship Band: Natalya Roa In addition to being a wife and mommy, Natalya Roa is a dynamic worship leader who leads with her incredible passion and love for God. She was a worship leader at Crossroads Church in Corona, California for many years. Her husband, Ronny Roa, was also the Generate Pastor at Crossroads. Their family now serves in Irvine at Mariners Church. Promotional material submitted as composite film or traditional mechanicals cannot be accepted. Required platform: Print ready 300 dpi PDF with cropmarks, bleeds included, and fonts embedded Available Media: Email, YouSendit.com, CD-Rom, DVD-Rom Font and support files: All necessary fonts and supporting files must be embedded in the PDF. Press Standards: Materials are printed in four-color process on an offset press at 300dpi. The trim size is 5.5in X 8.5in. Brochure is printed on 100 lb. gloss book and saddle stitched. Vendor guidelines Please note we are allowing duplicate vendors i.e more than one candle or clothing vendor (Gold Canyon & Scentsy); however we are only allowing one branded vendor (i.e. one Gold Canyon Candle Distributor). No vendor will be allowed to sell during the main event. You will sell before and after the event only. You are free to bring a sheet or tarp to cover up your booth during the event and there will be security guards to help guard the vendor booths. Vendor is responsible for any damage that it or its representatives cause during the event. Only paid vendors or their representatives may be represented at their booth. Vendor agrees to not obstruct any walkways or other vendor booths. Vendor is responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly table during the event. All debris must be removed immediately and disposed of and extra materials and supplies properly hidden from public view. Gap Gals Ministry shall have the authority to require changes in vendor’s table/display at any time during the event as determined in it’s sole discretion. Gap Gals reserves the right to limit, reject or prohibit displays or vendors that Gap Gals deems, in its sole discretion to be objectionable or inappropriate for the event. Gap Gals Ministry shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss or damage that may occur to the vendor or any individuals participating in the display space, nor to the vendor’s property from any cause whatsoever.
