Multi-ChannelEffortsBringinOver$13Million
Thecampaignsofferedreducedinterestratesonbalancetransfersfor9to12monthsthatresultedin
over3,400balancetransferstotalingmorethan$13million.Whilealargeportionofthattotal(about$4
million)wasattributedtodirectmailcampaigns,themajorityofthetransfersweredriventhroughother
saleschannels,includingoutboundcallsandemailsfromHAPOemployees.

increasingbalancetransfersandgrowingourportfolio,”saidGateley.Thefactthatwewereableto
bringinsomanynewaccountswasafantasticbonus.In2016,wewillfocusmoreonnewaccount
acquisition.”
Thesepromotionshavecontinuedtoproduceincreasedbalancetransfersandbalancegrowthduring
