MERSIN MEM
• We are the" National Education Directorate in
Mersin Province" that is a representative
directorate of The Ministry of National
Education".
•
The directorate has nearly 343.000
students between the ages 3-19 (kindergartenpre_primary-secondary-high schools-vocational
high schools-tecnical high schools and a teacher
training high school),20.000 teachers and 5000
assistant teaching staff.

*There are some rural districts within the province that
has a profile of inhabitants socially and economically
disadvantaged
*Our İnstitution is an umbrella institution.We can reach all
the educational institutions ,schools ,public education
centres , psychological research centres. This enables us
to disseminate the techniques and services all around the
city.
*We are responsible for executing and monitoring all
formal and non-formal education and training services for
the benefit of disadvantaged citizens.
