DUSTIN’ THE DESERT
DJ
MISS
DUST
DJ ‘Miss Dust is a great play on words for who she truly is. Miss Dust is a party fairy desert dust storm that rocks through wherever she plays, pulling up anything in its path with her sheer swirl of energy, and some of the best techno dance music you will listen to for about one minute. Then, you won’t be able to hold still. She’s dancing, and you have to go with it and dance with her. She is contagious as her beats. She can go straight Hard Core Techno, Psy, Jungle, and almost Dub-Step at times, while she looks like she was the hired ‘go go’ entertain-
ment, a revelry to the sound she is pumpin’ out. It’s all a part of her persona. She’s dancing and mak-

DUST: Las Vegas means a lot to me. I had been playing about seven years before I had the opportu-
nity to move to Vegas and become a resident DJ at Pure. DJ Hollywood was the one who brought me out and I could never thank him enough. He called PHKLVVHFUHWZHDSRQODXJKV:KHQ,PRYHG
to Vegas I was nervous about what the other lo-
cal DJs may think and I didn’t want to step on any toes. It took a few months but I was able to prove myself and was welcomed into the local DJ com-
