Non-Regular Classes Involving Multiple Dog Entries
NR2.09100. Stud Dog Class - For Stud with two Get and no more than four Get. Stud Dogs must be entered in the Stud
Dog Class and must be shown in the ring with their Get. The owner of the Stud Dog need not necessarily be owner of
the Get. While the merits of the Stud Dog are not to be considered in the placement of the entry, the Stud Dog must be
examined to determine if it has a condition that would require its disqualification or excusal under the Dog Show Rules,
AKC Policy, or the standard for its breed. The Get only will be judged based on their merits. Get must be entered and
shown in a Regular or Non-Regular Class. Use the space for "Additional Classes".
NR2.09200. Brood Bitch Class - The same as Stud Dog except substitute Brood Bitch for Stud Dog & Produce for Get.
*Chapter 11, Section 8: of the "Rules Applying to Dog Shows" provides that a castrated male may be entered as a Stud
Dog in the Stud Dog Class and spayed Bitch may be entered as a Brood Bitch in the Brood Bitch Class.
NR2.09300. Brace Class - For two Xoloitzcuintli (a unit), irrespective of sex with at least one common owner and shown
in the ring with no more than two handlers. Dogs may or may not be entered in a Regular or Non-Regular Class, but if
not, must pay a separate Entry Fee. Use space for "Additional Classes".

80000. JUNIOR SHOWMANSHIP COMPETITION
Junior Handlers who win a third Novice Class with competition present, after the closing of entries for a show, are
required to transfer their entry from the Novice Class to the Open Class by notifying the Superintendent
of Show Secretary at least one-half hour prior to the scheduled start of Junior Showmanship judging at the show.
AKC Junior Handler Numbers are now required for entry in Junior Showmanship Competition. Numbers may be obtained
from the American Kennel Club - PHONE: (919) 233-9767.

Entry blank MUST be filled out with the necessary information, otherwise the entry in Junior Showmanship

NOVICE JUNIOR CLASS: For Boys and Girls who are at least 9 years and under 12 years old on the day of the show
and who, at the time entries close, have not won three First Places, with competition present, in a Novice Class at a
licensed or member show.
NOVICE INTERMEDIATE CLASS: For Boys and Girls who are at least 12 years and under 15 years old on the day
of the show and who, at the time entries close, have not won three First Places, with competition present, in a Novice
Class at a licensed or member show.
NOVICE SENIOR CLASS: For Boys and Girls who are at least 15 years and under 18 years old on the day of the show
and who, at the time entries close, have not won three First Places, with competition present, in a Novice Class at a
licensed or member show.
OPEN JUNIOR CLASS: For Boys and Girls who are at least 9 years and under 12 years old on the day of the show and
who, at the time entries close, have won three First Places, with competition present, in a Novice Class at a licensed
or member show.
OPEN INTERMEDIATE CLASS: For Boys and Girls who are at least 12 years and under 15 years old on the day of
the show and who, at the time entries close, have won three First Places, with competition present, in a Novice Class
at a licensed or member show.
OPEN SENIOR CLASS: For Boys and Girls who are at least 15 years and under 18 years old on the day of the show
and who, at the time entries close, have won three First Places, with competition present, in a Novice Class at a licensed
or member show.
Master Class: This class will be for boys and girls who are at least 9 years old and under 18 years on the day of the
show, and who have 10 Best Junior wins with competition. The calendar for this class will be consistent with the eligibility
dates for the AKC Eukanuba National Championship. All Juniors meeting the criteria for this class are required to enter
the Master Class and may change their entry the day of the show if entries have already closed. Once the eligibility time
frame for that year has passed all participants return to the Open Class to complete for the following year.

RESERVED RV OVERNIGHT PARKING INFORMATION - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
FAIRGROUNDS is the Solano County Fair Association; WOOFSTOCK is Yosemite Kennel Club (Thursday & Friday Shows) and
Contra Costa County Kennel Club (Saturday & Sunday Shows.) Overnight parking is a privilege granted by the fairgrounds
and Woofstock and they reserve the right to withdraw these privileges, without return of RV overnight parking fees or entry
fees, from any person who cannot abide by or abuses these privileges or uses abusive language. Violators may be subject to
Event Committee Hearings. All parking is at your own risk. The Fairgrounds and Woofstock assume no responsibility
or liability for damage or loss to vehicles contents or dogs, or for vehicles towed in violation of parking laws or regulations, or
by actions of regulatory officers or agents. Vehicles illegally parked will be towed at the owner's expense.
RV PARKING HOURS: Wednesday: 3:00 P.M. to 11:00 P.M.; Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 6:00 A.M. to 7:00 A.M. and after Best
in Show to 10:00 P.M.; Sunday: 6:00A.M. to 7:00 A.M. and after Best in Show. All vehicles must be off the grounds by 8:00
P.M. Sunday. If your are staying Sunday night, make arrangements through the Fairgrounds office, not Woofstock. You will be
charged for Sunday night, and every night thereafter.
Parking Space Assignment: All parking spaces will be pre-assigned by the RV Overnight Parking Coordinator. People wishing
to park together must send in their reservations together; however there is no guarantee that we can accommodate all requests.
Parking Space Configuration: Spaces are 22' x 40'. Vehicles over 40' total length or vehicles with slide outs that will
not fit in a 22' x 40' space will need to buy 2 spaces. If your entire package will not fit in a 22' x 40' space, you will need to buy
additional space. Trailers & tow units may be required to be unhitched. Vehicles over 40' in length and Tagalong vehicles not
fitting completely into your assigned space will be accommodated only where possible. No more than 2 vehicles with a total
length of 40' per space, this includes tagalong/tow vehicle. There are approximately 10 “hookup” (power & water) spaces
in the back RV lot that are available (additional charge) by reservation. Contact Bruce Rettick for availability. They are
available on a “first come, first served basis”, in the order of receipt.
COST: Reserved: $160.00 per space for ALL 4 NIGHTS. $45.00 per night/per space if less than 4 nights are reserved. Non
reserved: $50.00 per night/per space (Cash only - 1 - 4 nights.) Reserved “Hookup” space (limited): $50.00 per night. Tagalong/
Tow vehicle $40.00 flat fee for 1 to 4 nights. There will be a $25.00 service charge on all returned checks.
HANDICAPPED PARKING: Very limited handicapped parking with suitable access will be available, but will not necessarily be
close to the rings. Please provide proof (copy) of your valid handicapped license with your RV Overnight reservation form. No
non-reserved RV handicapped parking will be available.
ELECTRIC HOOKUPS: Electricity is very limited, and cannot be reserved, requested, and/or saved. Everyone will not have, get,
find, be guaranteed, or should expect electricity, even if you are the first in line to park. Please be prepared if you do not have
electricity. There will be no “Piggy Backing” into another rig who is plugged into the Fairgrounds electricity. Payment of your
RV overnight parking fees does not guarantee that you will have electricity. No cords across any sidewalks, walkways,
roadways, or fire lanes, or in any type of building. Violators will be disconnected immediately.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
All RVs must be escorted to their parking space. Do not proceed to any RV parking space without an escort.
All RVs must have working fire extinguishers.
All vehicles must be completely self-contained. No discharge of gray water or sanitary tanks allowed.
All RVs using a generator must have a proper exhaust pipe venting away from dogs & people - Quite time: 11:00 P.M. - 6:00 A.M.
All vehicles will be parked in the same direction in the rows and/or side-by-side. Strictly Enforced.

General CLUSTER Information
DAY OF SHOW PARKING $10.00. Four day pass will be available for $32.00.
The Loading Zone is for 20 minutes only and violators will be towed.
EXHIBITORS MAY WANT TO BRING SHADE OR RAIN COVER.
WAIVER OF RIGHTS. All persons attending these shows hereby waive any claim for damages against the clubs, their
members or superintendents, in the event a motor vehicle has to be entered to rescue a dog from overheating or improperly
vented conditions. Anyone parking in show site parking lots must accept full responsibility for damages should this occur.
A Grooming Area will be designated.
Grooming will not be allowed in any buildings at these shows, unless so marked. Areas will be designated and marked
for that purpose.
Exercise pens will not be allowed at any time in buildings.
Crates will be allowed in buildings only during the time the breed is showing. Exhibitors and/or handlers must remove their
crates to make room for the next breed as soon as their breed has finished.
Some portion of the crate must be touching the wall. Exhibitors and or handlers blocking the normal progress in fire lanes and
walkways will be requested to vacate same immediately. Come prepared to provide for the safety and comfort of your own animals.
All rights to TELEVISE, VIDEOTAPE, ADVERTISE, PHOTOGRAPH, PROMOTE or otherwise exploit these shows are
vested in the clubs, or in persons to whom assignments of such rights have been made in writing by the club. All persons and
animals on the show grounds at any time while these shows are in progress, do by attending these shows or participating
therein, grant to the clubs the right to photograph, televise, videotape, audiotape or otherwise use their likeness and voice in
any manner without further release or consent.
Freelance photographers and videographers: Photographers and videographers who derive income/
value from their work and/or have a client base must have prior written permission from the Woofstock Cluster to
provide services on the Show Site and during published Show Hours.
The clubs and their officials are not responsible for the actions or products of the commercial vendors at these shows.
ONLY DOGSTHAT ARE ELIGIBLE to be shown under The American Kennel Club Rules shall be allowed within the show precincts.
There will be NO drilling nor intensive or corrective training of dogs on the show grounds or premises.
ALL DOGS shall be kept on leash.
THE WELFARE OF AN EXHIBITOR'S CHILD is assumed to be the responsibility of the exhibitor. It is distinctly understood
that exhibitors will exercise control and restraint over their children each day of the shows.
Trophies must be picked up each day of the shows. Trophies will not be mailed or otherwise distributed.
THE EVENT COMMITTEE will use due care and diligence for the welfare of dogs and exhibitors, but will not be responsible
for, or assume any liability in the event of an accident or misfortune, to either dogs or exhibitors participating in these shows.

DAY PARKING is provided and facilitated by the Solano County Fair Association. The clubs have no authority over
issues regarding day parking. Handicapped parking is available and typically provides an appropriate surface to the
facilities; it is not necessarily closer to the building or the rings.
Crates and setups must be kept at least 10 feet from all rings.
Exercise Pens are not allowed in any of the buildings where dogs are being exhibited.
Cleaning Up after your own dogs is your responsibility. These are Self-Cleaning shows. If your dog soils the grounds
it is your responsibility to clean it up. There will be buckets with bleach and pooper-scoopers on the grounds. By signing
the entry form for these shows you are agreeing that clean up is your responsibility.
Dog washing on the Fairgrounds. The 1996 Clean Water Act is enforced at the Solano County Fairgrounds. All gray
water (soapy water from washing dogs) must be discharged into sanitary sewer systems only and not dumped onto the
ground or into storm drains. A hefty fine can be leveled against offenders. As a service to our exhibitors, we will offer a
dog wash area located at the East end of the main concourse, directly behind the Livestock Building.
Food and Beverage policy. The Solano County Fairgrounds has put some restrictions on the show site that
we need to honor. Per Solano County Fairgrounds: Open or Visible containers of alcohol are not permitted at any time
in or around the show rings or buildings, and are subject to being confiscated by Fairground Personnel. If your club is
holding a luncheon, after show get together, etc. they may do so if it is a potluck. Food cannot be catered by an outside
source, nor can money be collected for food during the luncheon/get together. If you wish, you may use the Fairground

Mail All Entries With Fees to MB-F, Inc., Superintendent, P.O. Box 605, Pinole, California 94564. Entries received without fees
will not be accepted. Acknowledgement of entries will be made as soon as practicable with tickets and/or identification cards.
The person accompanying a dog must show tickets of admission and identification before the dog will be received. Should such
acknowledgement not be received by the exhibitor within a reasonable time, please verify your entry with the MB-F Office
in North Carolina.

by a cover sheet stating the number of pages, what shows and how many dogs per show. Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American
Express number and expiration date, as well as the printed cardholder’s name and address must be included on cover sheet.
Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express number, expiration date, cardholder’s name must appear on each entry. Fax entries
must be received by the closing hour/date. Fax fee: $4.50 per entry in addition to entry fee. All credit card entries, regardless of
method submitted, are processed through the Fax program and are charged the $4.50 administrative fee. This Fax Fee is subject
to change without notice.
Make All Checks and Money Orders payable to MB-F, Inc. CANADIAN exhibitors must make fees payable in U.S. FUNDS. When
you provide a check as payment, you authorize us to either use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund
transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check. Please mail checks or money orders with entries. Superintendent
assumes no responsibility for cash sent through the mail. Tabulate carefully. Due to cost of processing, no refunds $4.00 and
under will be made.
An AKC Recording Fee of $.50 first entry only and an AKC Event Service Fee of $3.00 per entry will be required for each dog
entered at any Licensed or Member Club Show, Obedience Trial or Tracking Test. An AKC Recording Fee of $3.50 will be
required for each first entry and $3.00 for each additional entry in any Licensed or Member Club Rally Trial. All Recording
and Event Service Fees are paid to the American Kennel Club. (There is no Recording Fee or Event Service Fee for Junior
Showmanship, Sweepstakes, Futurities, Brace/Team, Multi-Dog Classes or Special Attractions.)
No Entry shall be made and no entry shall be accepted which specifies any conditions as to its acceptance.
Entry Fees shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by Veterinarian or Judge, or barred from
competition by action of the Event Committee. If because of riots, wars, strikes, civil disturbances, national emergencies, health
emergencies, and the dictates of law enforcement or of the owner(s) of the grounds and/or facilities or other acts beyond the
control of the management it is impossible to open or to complete the event, no refund of entry fee will be made. Extreme weather
conditions, such as, but not limited to snow storms, hurricanes, lightning, extreme heat, heavy rains, or other circumstances including,
but not limited to, the condition of the facilities or grounds and/or the ingress and egress from the grounds, must be considered
for the health and safety of the dogs, exhibitors and spectators. The well-being of dogs, exhibitors and spectators is of paramount
importance and, in the event it is necessary to cancel or stop the event before completion, no refund of entry fee will be made. To
find out about any AKC event cancellations call the AKC Event Cancellation Hotline (877) 252-3229.
Post Dated Checks, Returned Checks and Declined Credit Cards do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Superintendent will add
a collection fee to the amount of each returned check or declined card. Subsequent returned checks or declined cards from the
same exhibitors may result in their being put on a CASH ONLY basis.
No Refund for Duplicate Entries. Every effort to find all duplicate entries will be made; however, if entry has been processed,
no refund will be made. An Administrative Fee of $2.00 will be charged or withheld from refunds for duplicate entries.
An Administrative Fee of $2.00 will be withheld from all refunds for entries cancelled prior to the closing of entries.
Errors on Entry Blanks. Owners are responsible for errors in making out entry forms, whoever may make such errors, and no entry
fee will be refunded in event of such errors or cancellation of entries after the published closing date.
Each Owner and Agent listed on the entry form and/or individual responsible for the dog at a show is bound by the Certification and
Agreement on the front and back of the entry form regardless of who may have completed & submitted the entry form.
As specified in Chapter 12, Section 4 of the AKC Rules Applying to Dog Shows, information contained on the entry form is required
to be published in the club’s show catalog. This information is also subject to publication in other media.
Dogs May Arrive any time prior to their scheduled time of judging. Dogs not required for further judging will be excused.
Judges Will Not Wait for Any Dog Holding Up a Class. Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in
the judging ring when their classes are called to be judged.
All Dogs Present must be held on leash or confined to their crates except when being judged or when in the exercising ring.
Class Cash Prizes will be paid in the ring to the person showing the dog. Claims for prize money must be made in the ring before
the judging of that breed is over, and the Superintendent’s Office advised at once. The Superintendents and show-giving Club
disclaim any liability for cash prizes after the judging of the breed is over.
No gasoline or diesel generators are permitted inside any building or within 100 feet of any tent in which this dog show is conducted.
HOW TO USE THE ENTRY BLANK
Use one entry blank per dog only if information is exactly the SAME for each event. Carefully check the
block (blocks) for each event in which you wish to enter your dog. You MUST use a separate entry
blank if you are entering your dog in a different class on different events.

1. (Variety) if you are entering a dog of breed in which there are varieties for show purposes, please designate the particular
variety you are entering, i.e., Cocker Spaniel (solid color black, ASCOB, parti-color), Beagles (not exceeding 13 in., over 13
in. but not exceeding 15 in.), Dachshunds (longhaired, smooth, wirehaired), Collies (rough, smooth), Bull Terriers (colored,
white), Manchester Terriers (standard, toy), Chihuahuas (smooth coat, long coat), English Toy Spaniels (King Charles and
Ruby, Blenheim and Prince Charles), Poodles (toy, miniature, standard).
2. The following categories of dogs may be entered and shown in Best of Breed competition: Dogs that are Champions of
Record and dogs which, according to their owners’ records, have completed the requirements for a championship, but
a period of 90 days from the date of the show where the dog completed the requirements for a championship.
