Vinotemp International, a leader in the wine
storage industry, has been building premium
wine cabinets for over 20 years. Vinotemp is
a full-service manufacturer of custom wood
wine cabinets and racking, Wine-Mate cooling
systems, and a designer of quality metal wine
cellars. We specialize in all aspects of the
wine storage industry with an emphasis on
customization. Since 1985, we have sold over
250,000 wine cellars in the U.S. and overseas.

Vinotemp Reserve wood wine cabinets are all-in-one storage solutions handcrafted with domestic
woods in Southern California. They maintain an ideal environment for both short-term storage
and long-term aging for all types of wines. These cabinets possess a White Oak exterior, Redwood
and metal racking, and rear-exhaust unless noted. Cabinets feature door handles in a choice
of nickel or brass which include the lock in the handset and matching door hinges. Common

The alternative to building a wine room is a Vinotemp Walk-In Wine Vault. Instead of building a
wine room which can cost tens of thousands of dollars and requires contractors, permits, stucco,
proper insulation, HVAC technician and more, invest in our modular Vinotemp Wine Vaults.
Walk-in Wine Vaults include a Wine-Mate cooling system, cellar trellis racking (all Redwood
racking for GCBA model), and paneled walls. We are sure to meet your needs with many
customizable options to choose from: brushed aluminum side walls, computer controlled
inventory systems, all Redwood racking, decanting rack, doors, lights, locks, x-bins, windows

Redwood/aluminum, wood/aluminum, and cellar trellis. Cellar trellis use interlocking powdercoated metal racks which are resilient to many California earthquakes.

three basic woods we use are Oak for the Reserve Series, Cherry for the Sonoma, and Luan
Mahogany for Economy. All models can interchange wood types. Common custom woods are Walnut

We offer various cabinet door handles to match the look of your custom cabinets.
Most Reserve and Economy Series come with a standard lockset. Sonomas have special locks,

cabinet to preserve the integrity of the wine. However if you choose, we can finish the interior and
racking. Standard factory finish includes three coats of color and three coats of semi-gloss sealer.

Hardware

The insulation used in building our cabinets is the best available, polyisocyanurate foam
providing the cabinet with an R-Value of 12 (19 and 29 can be custom added for even better
insulation). The R-Value is a number used to determine the relative insulating capacity of
different materials. Quality insulation is needed to help maintain proper temperatures and
humidity to help conserve energy.
C U S T O M I Z I N G
Wine-Mate had the first UL-approved U.S. made cooling unit for wine cabinets in the market.
Cooling systems have electronic temperature control and digital displays which allow
for accurate temperature control. Select units utilize a patent-pending feature for humidity
and a remote alarm call feature. This call feature will call your cell phone/home phone to alert
you of improper temperature changes with no monthly fees.

enviromentally-safe R-134a refrigerant. Our research and development department constantly
creates cutting edge product with patented or patent-pending features. These units use collected
water to humidify the cabinet. They can be used as direct replacements for Breezair, Le Cache,
Vinocraft, Master Piece Collection, Classic Cellars, Estate Series, Prestige Line and Vinotemp units
(check shelf sizing).
