Total loans to customers came to € 1.4 billion at year-end 2011. Thanks to its orientation to follow new trends in the banking business, Raiffeisen Bank has become the first and only bank to offer e-pay service. With this service, which enables customers to make purchases through the internet, it has once again underlined its leading position on the local banking market. Raiffeisen reinforced its status as a successful all-finance institution with its subsidiaries Raiffeisen Leasing d.o.o., Raiffeisen Capital a.d.
